Delicious food and great customer service, the owner and his family were awesome. Had to try this spot out. It all up and down my timeline. The Kathiew Combination w/ Beef short-rib bone was amazing. Similar to Phó. The Khmer Wings are the best wings I never had. And the Combination Fried Rice was very flavorful. We’re coming back.

Moved from Boston to Atlanta about 13 month ago and it’s very hard to find Khmer food around here. I have no family here either, but I can cook Khmer food myself like gahthew, yahon, nom bachuk, salaw machu but sometimes you just wanna go out and grab a bite you know.
Place has a lot of potential just need better marketing and tidy up the place. It doesn’t matter to me, if you’ve been in a Cambodian house this would be typical, but if you want to get new people in, we gotta make it worth while with decorations and stuff.

Everything here was amazing! I’ve been meaning to eat here since they opened. We visit Atlanta at least 2-3 times a year so it’s great to find a Khmer spot that we can dine at. It’s an old diner turned Khmer restaurant. The papaya wasn’t as dark as I’m used to but it tasted fresh and had a lot of flavor. We also got the khuy tiew, which is brewed for 12 hours. We had to wait a bit since it was still brewing, but everything was worth it. We will definitely be back when we visit again. It’s right by the airport and about 15-20 minutes from downtown Atlanta.

Man! FIRE! The most delicious and authentic Cambodian food ever. I can’t believe we haven’t come in yet. The food was served HOT! Steam rising & sooo flavorful. The fried chicken comes with a green sauce? Make sure you get extra of that. The beef on a stick was sweet & cooked well & tasted like the ones I get from the Thai temple and the papaya salad tasted like the one my grandmother makes, took me back home. We got the kathiew (noodle soup) & the broth was better than any noodle soups I’ve had in Atlanta. It was sweet and savory and didn’t need any extra hoisin or additional seasoning just chili oil (bc I like it spicy). The portions are great & everything tastes so fresh. Great service, super accommodating & friendly. We left feeling nourished & happy! We will be back.

Please for the love of everything get the Kathiew! I got the beef rib, flank steak and flank steak with shrimp Kathiew. Also got the 8 piece wings which were amazing the beef skewers were juicy tender and flavorfull. The Cambodian tea which was a sweet treat because it has condensed milk! You can tell its a family owned business with grandmas cooking in the kitchen. A very helpful waitress which is the owner’s daughter just as sweet as the tea. The prices are fair and the portions are generous and completely worth it because everything is just so satisfying. You can feel the TLC in every bite as well as how happy the staff are that you are there patronizing and enjoying the food. First time trying Cambodian food and i am sold.
And sorry I had already started on my Kathiew before i took the picture!!!!

Something different but a bit familiar.
Nice little unexpected spot.
The owner & staff were very friendly & welcoming.
It was rainy out so not many ppl were in.
My favorite dish was the half & half chicken wings. Delicious
Everything else was good but different- it just be like that sometimes.
I would definitely go again to try something else & order the wings again as well.

Highly recommend Khmer Bowl. Looks a little rough from the outside, but the food and service is amazing. Came in to try the Kathiew (pho style noodle soup) I’ve been hearing about. It was amazing, and the people were so nice. Went out of their way to give me tips on how to eat it, and even brought over some extra condiments to enhance the flavors. Everyone here clearly cares very much about customer experience and is very proud of their food and culture. I only wished I had someone else with me so I could try more things. Next time, I’m going to let my guy Kree just pick out a few things for me to try. I know he won’t steer me wrong! Thanks for a great dining experience!

I’ve been searching for Cambodian restaurants in Georgia for a while since moving from California and we finally found one! All thanks to my bestie for sending us a reel to this restaurant! Khmer Bowl is a hidden gem in ATL! The food is AMAZING and AUTHENTIC made by four yay(grandmas) and the owner and all of his staff are very nice and welcoming.✨

My favorite Cambodian restaurant near Atlanta — it truly feels like home the moment you walk in. You’ve got aunties in the back cooking with love, and everyone who steps inside is treated like family.
It’s that perfect blend of Southern hospitality and Cambodian warmth — where comfort food meets tradition. Every dish is freshly made, packed with authentic flavor, and you can taste the love in every bite. The fried chicken is the best I’ve ever had!
If you’re craving Cambodian food with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, this is the spot. Always our stop when we visit the south!

Good ban chao (banh xeo), crack sauce for the wings, and pho.
The sausage is good too, I like it sour.
Best place you’ll get Cambodian food with their offerings.
