When I read the reviews this place had I thought it was going to be good for being in a gas station, I don’t know if I came in a bad day, but they were running out of ingredients, not only that, our server was giving us attention until I ask him if I could have my queso fundido melted, which it wasn’t even queso, just shredded cheese thrown in a microwave, he brought me the same “queso” a little warmer and just throw it on the table. I ask for my torta without beans but they forgot the cheese and the tomatoes it barely had meat. The place was full of flies too.

Listen, you aren’t going to drive to Moapa, Nevada just to eat at Mi Pueblito. You can find similarly high-quality Mexican food most places in the United States. However, if you are driving between Las Vegas and Zion/Bryce Canyon/the other national parks in the area and don’t want to opt for the fast food option, Mi Pueblito is a great option. You also won’t find many options between Vegas and St. George, Utah so this is a good option.
Mi Pueblita is a small Mexican restaurant attached to a gas station. Like many Tex-Mex/Mexican restaurants, they have a big menu with lots of options. The server was friendly and the food came fast. I opted for the steak burrito which came filled with rice, black beans, and salsa. It was a large, filling burrito and everything was well-cooked. It’s really hard to make me not like a burrito. Was it as good as Chipotle? Probably not. But if you are hungry on the way to Zion Canyon and want a sit-down option, this is a good option.

Everyone’s meal was great! I’m a pretty harsh Mexican food critic and this place delivered. Some of the food can be a little pricey, but all around the food was worth the stop. We got the fajitas, quesadillas, kids meals, taquitos.

Absolutely loved this restaurant. We were very presently surprised, for we only stopped to get fuel and decided at the last minute to try the place. It has a pleasant atmosphere, with a “mom & pop” feel. The service was superb and friendly. The cost for the food was fair and the food was absolutely delicious!! I would definitely come here again.

Very surprise with food taste, not bad at all and understandable why they may take time, is prepared as ordered.we received chips and salsa while waiting for food.
Portions not bad , prices are a bit high.
We were very pleased with service.
Suggestion: change coffee flavor and make it a bit stronger( to plain and watery to pay over 2.00)

Stopped for something to eat and drink on a trip and didn’t find anything in the store next door so decided to give the restaurant a try.I am glad that I did,had an omelet that morning and their prime rib the following night on the way back both meals were great. The place is clean and relaxed, service was good. A hidden in plain sight treasure for travelers IMO.Will be stopping there again and am looking forward to it.
