My husband Daniel and I have been wanting to come in and check out the Villa on Grand for a minute. I am so glad we finally made it out. We were welcomed immediately by the friendly staff and the overall esthetic was comforting. We ordered the Classic French Toast, Chilaquiles with red sauce; over medium egg and a Michelada!
We were served the Churro French Toast and our eggs were over hard. The waitress asked if we wanted them to make us a Classic French Toast but we were satisfied with what we received and took it as an upgrade! That did not stop the amazing flavors that we received from both meals and we will absolutely return for a second visit.
The staff were incredibly nice and definitely love serving the community and that is what matters!
If you have not made it out to try this wonderful Mexican cuisine please do yourself a favor and just do it! You won’t be disappointed.

I love the food here. I get the combo plate and chorizo and egg burrito pretty often. I love the green salsas. My other spot is going downhill in quality, so I’m very grateful for this place.
HOWEVER. This “appetizer” guac I paid $10 for is culinary robbery. This is not 8 ounces of guac. This is maybe 5 ounces of guac in an 8 ounce container topped with 1 ounce of cheese and garnish and 2 ounces of air.
NOT COOL. Do better.

Really enjoyed eating here. I brought my family who also have the food and service good ratings. I had a grilled fish taco and a veggie taco. I felt they were a little small for the price. The fish taco has good flavor and sauces but the veggie taco was mostly sauce. Really needed more vegetables. There wasn’t much in it. The place is very clean and modern. Is come here again perhaps to try some of their breakfast items (served all day).

I have just fallen in love with this place 😀 The energy that the owners and team bring every single visit is just so refreshing!!! What they absolutely nail are all those thoughtful finishing touches – not just in their food, but even the TLC they put into packing away your to-go orders…not to mention their consistently outstanding service. It’s also incredibly clean in there, all the time!!! So happy to have another gem in the downtown. The Villa makes the best crema I’ve ever had! Grilled shrimp burrito is my favorite – and their salsas are spectacular. I just love it here!!!!

Modern, casual atmosphere. Friendly service, great tacos. My companions and I ordered seven tacos, rice and beans, and chips and guac. First off: The chips are served warm, seasoned, and delicious. The guac is great and runs a close second to the gold standard, [redacted].
With drinks, we spent about $73, which is a lot more than you’d spend on street tacos, but each taco runs $5-6. Your average adult would probably eat three tacos.

The taco fillings were very good, nice crispy coating on the fish taco and the chili relleño was a fun surprise, reminding me of a chili quesadilla. However, I feel like the tortillas may have been undercooked when I visit. At one point I felt like I had raw fish in my mouth until I figured out it was the corn tortilla.
I’d go back and try it again but I don’t think I would get a taco. I bet they make a killer burrito.

The food was amazing! I order red chilaquiles, pancakes, tortilla chicken soup and flan. Pancakes are Delicious. The soup was good too. Flan as well. Overall i will come again. The place is nice and clean. very spacious! Service was wonderful, they checked up on me every now and then.

Ordered the chilaquiles (they don’t look like other photos on the reviews) and I have to say not the best I’ve had, also my order was brought out way before my wife’s and been respectful to her I waited for her food to come out and by that time the food was cold!
The cashier was nice, the seating is open seating and you pay before you get your food so don’t expect someone to come by and see if you need more water or drinks( at least that didn’t happen when I was there)
