I tried a Gluten Free salad wrap sandwich which is basically a large iceberg lettuce leaf that is used instead of a tortilla (wheat) wrap. First time I heard of such a thing, and it was good enough. The fillings in the sandwich were good enough, but could have done with some dressing/sauce. Service was friendly and kind.

Ordered the hunters club and Tuna club which is what we usually get and offers double meat, paid extra for Avocado. Found no Avocado and there’s almost no meat on either sandwhich. This location is awful. I once waited over an hour for an order. When I called the first time they told me my order was going right out and would be the first delivered. Called back 45 minutes later and asked to cancel the order because at this point it had been over an hour since they’d made the sandwich. I was told they don’t have the drivers phone number to tell them not to deliver the order so they couldn’t do that. Was also told not to worry that my food had been made that long ago because there wasn’t mayo on it. I had to call corporate in order to get a refund. Today I ordered again and after waiting for over an hour I called the store and they told me the driver had delivered my food to another person but they are going to remake it and send it to me. I believe that would at least warrant a phone call to me rather than just waiting for over an hour. For some reason the app won’t let me order from another store so I guess I’m just done with jimmy johns.
Update: finally got my order. No chips, no straw, no napkins, and my sandwich was not cut in half.

Over an hour for delivery and the order wasn’t done correctly. Missing ingredients, asked for light cheese and was given extra. Nothing was done about the sandwich until a half hour of me waiting and the store then saying my sandwich was finally being made.

The Gargantuan sub is AMAZING & so filling!! If you’re hungry & you can’t decide on a sandwich, get the Gargantuan, it has a little bit of everything!! This location was super-friendly & “freaky-fast”, before I could sit down, my sandwhiches were done!

Disappointed with the quality and quantity of food. Price is high for what you get and I can buy better subs at Kroger/Walmart/Meijer/etc. Not much meat and it wasn’t very good. Will not eat here again.

Thoroughly disgusted. I live approximately 1.5 miles from this Jimmy John’s location, I’ve been ordering from this Jimmy John’s location for at least 10 years or more. My most recent purchase, on May 30th, was delivered by the normal delivery guy who knows me and I come right out and grab my food from him. Today June 1st I placed an order at 3:16 p.m., it was 4:10 and I still didn’t have it so I made a call, and some inconsiderate disrespectful girl on the phone told me that someone put a note in my account to never deliver to my address again. This female tried to state that it was my request to never have anyone delivered to my address again, which, was a complete lie. When I asked this lady when the note was put in and by whom because I just had to delivery 2 days ago, she got mad and annoyed and told me if I wanted to come into the store I could place my order. Do not order from this location, do not go into the store and eat at this location, they are the most disrespectful individuals and lie about customers and Managers actually add notes to customer’s accounts and then lie about it.

Knock knock…this is not a joke, you can physically knock on the top of the sub the bread is so hard. They used to be a great location. Now everytime I get it from here the bread is like biting into a 2×4 of wood.
