As I pulled into my job, hungry, I noticed this food truck that is always there Jeet! So I stop and decided to check them out. Ordered the sausage and peppers onions sandwich. Along with fries and iced tea. $18.32 was the price for this meal. I get to work and I open it up to taste it…. nothing but onions and peppers at my first bite. So I decided to open it up and it was only 3 pieces of sausages on both sides!!!!! Worst ever!!!! Will never eat anything else from this truck in my life!

Oh my goodness what a cool little old school neighborhood greasy spoon complete with owner (I think it was the owner) telling corny jokes. Apparently this is the home base of the ‘Jeet’ food truck. I was in South Philly so I got the cheese steak Italian, seeded roll, broccoli rabe and sharp provolone. According to my daughter, Karly I’m the only person in the world that didn’t know sharp provolone had such a distinctive taste. I am still not sure if I’m a broccoli rabe fan but this broccoli rabe had a lot of flavor. Sorry but I could only give this cheesesteak a score of 89. It was full of flavor and I now completely understand how people can be happy sitting around eating a seeded roll and provolone cheese but it was $11 and it just needs to be bigger and the meat has to improve. Does broccoli rabe always have the more stalk than leafing parts? Very good overall experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for breakfast.

We hired T&N Homemade kitchen’s food truck, the Jeet, for our wedding in South Philly. Mike and his wife were professional and extremely helpful. They assisted us with our timeline, they provided us a wait staff and they even took our trash from the event at the end of the night, all at a very reasonable cost. They were great every step of the way and I can’t recommend them enough.

This is a good solid sandwich. I got egg, cheese, onion and peppers on a bagel toasted. Service was good. It was 7.45 for my lunch. I would eat there again.

We hired T&N FOODTRUCK service for our casual wedding celebration. Our celebration was based around the concept of the food truck and we spent several months working on a menu and confirming the plan.
During the process, the communication was often lacking, however we were reassured of our menu and the food truck.
Day of the event, the team arrived with a pick up truck and asked if they could set up CATERING inside. The owner, who we had been communicating with was not present but assured us the food truck was on its way. It never arrived.
Bottom line – this is a very unprofessional business, with terrible communication that does not deliver on its promises. Furthermore, the way the business is run seems like a scam as there were no apologies but continued lies throughout the process.
DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

OMG! just finished my order of the breakfast colossal and it was delicious! I ordered the over easy eggs with cheese, tots, french toast and turkey bacon. Everything was cooked to perfection! I expected for it to be cold since I got it delivered to my job at Jefferson but it was warm and heating it up didn’t hurt! this place is a must try!

I order from there several days of the week while I’m at work and I’m rarely disappointed. Literally everything I have had was great… Cobb salad, tots (especially colossal tots and chili cheese tots), creamed chip beef, buffalo fingers (they’re mini chicken cutlets!) and fired up cheese steak are my favorites. Their breakfasts are the only place I’ve found that I like.
I have only ever been disappointed once, when they sent me a salad with wilted lettuce… but I’ve ordered over 30 times so one screw up disnt that bad when
It seems like every other place I’ve ordered from screws up my orders or sends me garbage food most of the time .

The best of South Philly. Very small mom and pop type of place. The people are a very friendly. Excellent selection and the food is outstanding! Try the “Better than Pete’s” fries. If you like crab meat and cheese you’ll love em’!

I was looking for food before my flight at Philly Airport. Googled food in the area T&N popped up. I was a little skeptical at first. I ordered the steakhouse Burger with Bacon and onion rings. Oh my God. The burgers can convert vegans to carnivors. This place is great. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back.

Authentic Philly! Small intimate setting with limited seating. When we walked in, there was a local sitting in the last open seats and the owner told him to get up to make room for us patrons. The portion sizes were fantastic, the food was well prepared, this little Hidden Gem is worth the effort from off the beaten path. Must try!
