I grew up in Willow Grove and have frequented this establishment since it’s been open. However, I will NEVER approach that counter again. They tried to charge me the higher price for a slice of pizza. There was a banner advertising one price, and they wanted to charge almost double. In my frustration I left my visa card there. I called they said they’d keep it. When I went to get it, I was told that Eddie the owner had thrown it in the trash. The guy that told me was laughing. That was not a good idea

I asked the price for a slice of pepperoni the two gentleman standing there told me 6 dollars. I repeat the price to make sure I heard 6 dollars and they confirmed yes. I took my son to the bathroom came back ordered the slice of pepperoni and when it came to pay they say 6.50 I ask why 6.50 when u guys JUST told me 6 dollar and the young gentleman struged his shoulders with a smile. It was only 50 cent more but whatever it is ITS MY MONEY. They charge what they want that’s why no one barely eat there. It’s always an empty line. Pizza was just ok but that was expected. However, I ordered a jumbo slice of pepperoni which was listed as $6.15 and was charged $7.50 for a regular size slice. That’s a big difference. When I asked the guy he just said yeah that’s an old menu. But it’s like a huge board. False advertising.

I’m going to give a different perspective of this place. I went in and got a slice of pizza. Their credit card machine wasn’t working and they didn’t have change for $100. I thought I would just have to order somewhere else but the man working gave the slice to me. He just told me I could come back later. The pizza was actually really good! This is obviously a struggling business in a dying mall. Everything is increasing in price people. That’s just life. I think if everyone held a little more compassion then this world would be a much better place. I will certainly be back for more slices!

Do not go here. They charge your card extra for “fees”. 2 NORMAL slices and a SMALL soda was 16.50. That is insane. The sign says slices 3.99. Soda 3.80. The math ain’t mathing. On top of that their pizza is NASTY and their kitchen is straight up disgusting. Like what do they have in that pot, are they feeding ppl out of that lol ew.
