I use to actually work for this store when it first opened then moved. I recently came back last fall and have yet to be satisfied with ANY of my orders. Every worker has been nothing but rude. My orders were always wrong every time.
Tonight was the last straw. We not only waited in line for over 10 minutes, my order was wrong and they told us that they were out of roasted dark meat, they failed to mention that when ordering. I know how this place is supposed to be run and cannot believe how it is being run now. Horrible service and the food is never good quality ie rolls are either old or burnt.

I have lived here 10 years and never recived a bad meal here or bad service. They support the local schools and kids 100% my son and his friends walk over after school on game days and they say the staff is always nice to them. It’s nice to see businesses owners cater to the kids. Not to mention offer amazing chicken. Thank you!

I had to go to counter and ask for almost every piece of my order.
People were friendly so that is always a plus. The tables and bathrooms were clean.

A nice, small town fast food joint. We’ve visited a few times after sporting events or other school activities. The food was good and the order was correct. The soda machine was acting up and there wasn’t any ice but other than that it was a great trip.

Came to this location to purchase 2 chicken tender sandwiches and I waited in line for over 20 minutes. There was only one car in front of me. When it was my turn at the window I still had to wait over 10 minutes to get my food. I could have gone to Aubrey and picked up food from chicken express and still made it back before I got my food here! I like supporting local businesses but not when this happens!

Food was great…after spending 15 minutes in the drive through! I had to repeat my order 3 times, was never told my total, then found they had charged extra for no reason at all. Glad I caught it while waiting another 10 minutes for food.

First time to visit your store. I ordered 8 piece mix roast and fried. Got the roast but not fried. Didn’t know till I got home with my order. Made a special drive over to Pilot Point. I live in Valley View. To far to turn around.

Went there recently, placed my order, and waited 15 minutes in line. When I got to the window, the kid was texting on his phone. When he finally opened the window, he said what I ordered was frozen and it would take over an hour to thaw. Keep in mind he did check to see if they had them when I was placing my order. Need some adult supervision in that place

Delicious food and great rolls service isn’t really as slow as the others say. It seems like I went to a different Golden Chick then what the other people say. An all around good experience.
