This place was extremely busy, but I didn’t wait long at all to be serviced. Food was fresh & neat! I ordered a whopper with no pickles and added cheese with onion rings. Extremely satisfied at the efficiency.

Don’t try to place on order with the Kiosk because the system will get it wrong. I thought I was ordering a whopper single with cheese with a large Lemonade and onion rings. What ended up paying for somehow was an additional chicken sandwich, large sprite and large fries. The young lady who brought my order gave me attitude when I asked if she’d fix the order with a partial. I’m just going to call corporate.

This BURGER KING “SUCKS” we can’t get a receipt, we can’t get fries with no salt… And we can’t complain because we don’t have a receipt. I choose a large fry but what I received was not a large fry…. Some people have high blood pressure so I can’t even order fries without salt WOW…. I can’t take nothing off the burger… BURGER QUEEN over here doesn’t give a FIZZ about you… They just want your money….

Check quality of food before leaving!!! Serves cold old food my fries were recooked after already sitting some time were brown and tasted old!! Hope the workers enjoyed their home cooked meals and going home to their loved ones after work!! Truck drivers don’t get that luxury we deserve better so do better!!!

I frequently travel on the turnpike and stop here every so often. Every time I stop at this Burger King whatever I order comes up the wrong price. When I point out the menu price, every single time I’ve been told they don’t know why it’s different but they refuse to sell at the listed price.
Why is it so difficult these days to either sell at the listed price or fix the menu? At the very least show some level of customer service and match the price for the customer. It’s going to be a few months before I’m willing to walk into another Burger King.

Stood at window for 10 minutes waiting For service. Yelling hello trying to get someone to wait on us. Finally seen a lady standing at sbarro and asked her if someone was working Burger King and she said Nope they don’t have food. When In shock we said “oh Cmon” she immediately caught an attitude yelling at us. 1- we had a 5 year old with us who was hungry 2- you could clearly see that the produce station was full and open. 3- NO signs saying that they were closed or that there was any issues. Bottom line someone wanted to go home because as we walked out the nasty employee was right behind us got in her car and left. Great representation Burger King. It’s bad enough that food is few and far in between but to have to put up with that kind of service as well!? Guess the 5 year old just goes hungry!!

The absolute worst Burger King I have been to and i have been to some bad ones. Had reorder my food twice and she still didnt make it correctly and my food was not anything modified. The third time she didnt make it correctly so I had to ask for the ingredients she left out and made it at the counter like I was an employee. All this after paying twice as much because it was a rest stop restaurant. Terrible. I will never eat Burger King again.
