I purchased 1 piece catfish, 3 tenders, side of fries w/ a 32 oz half and half. My catfish was undercooked. Quantity of fries appeared to be the bottom of the basket fries. My mixed tea had a funny taste as if the dispenser that holds the tea does not get cleaned. I tried to notify a manager yesterday and today. However, the manager is NEVER there. I have underlying health issues that eating undercooked fish would have caused a major problem for me. I have since sent a message using the contact me portion of their website since the person who answers the phone at the location does not understand or speak good english and thr manager is never there.

First time at this chain. Hoping it would give the big players some competition. I got the tenders, trout, and mushrooms. It was sad to say very mediocre. The tenders were huge, but the batter wasn’t seasoned. Was fried to perfection though. Trout had better seasoning, but a few surprise bones made it less than enjoyable. Mushrooms were also just ok. It is amazing value for the amount of food but needs to amp up the flavor to compete with larger chains. Staff were helpful, and food came out fast, though not fast food fast. The store I went to had 2 tables, so it was mainly a place to grab and go.

When this location first opened, everything was great. The management was great. After a poor experience yesterday from when I called the store to place an order. Then coming in to place the order due to poor communication over the phone. I can tell things have changed. After leaving I called because one of the sides had been left out but still poor communication so i called this morning hoping to speak to a new person and i was told nothing can be done about that and that there is no manager to speak to, sorry, and good bye. I am giving 3 stars only because all my prior experiences have been great. Last night the macaroni was old, the fish was dry and they did not put the fries in the pan like they usually do. Then to top it with poor service. I am not sure I would come back especially if the food quality and the service is going to be mediocre to poor.

Showed up to the place at 10:05 to pickup a DoorDash order. Employees didn’t show up until 10:15 then told me to wait another 20 minutes to cook the food. Overall putting my DoorDash off 30 minutes.

The Fried White Fish was disgusting. Fries soft and cold; under seasoned. The chicken wings were mid! Yams tasted like vanilla and not sweet potatoes. This location does not care. Poor service for a second time. Go elsewhere!

Be careful ordering from here. My food was ice cold like it just came out of the fridge. When I called the restaurant he told me “I ordered too early” why are you open then?? I order from them often around 10:30 as it is my lunch time and I never had any issue. Starting to think the food is old.
