Dhimiters did all of the catering for our wedding! It was absolutely AMAZING! The food truck came right to the venue. The guest really enjoyed the experience of going to order and get their food. The staff was so nice and helpful. Van (the event coordinator) was really easy to work with and made suggestions that we would never have thought of. Everyone loved the gyros! The mac and cheese was the biggest surprise hit of the meal, along with the home-made Royal Walnut Cake. Overall, an amazing experience. HIGHLY, highly recommend for any event!

Insanely large portions for the price. You truly get your bang for your buck with small family owned customer service. Always great to support a local business whether it’s with their food truck during the summer months or in the mall. Very underrated, let’s get this Greek freak of a restaurant rolling! Edit: Charlie’s is located right next door (large chain sandwich shop) they always have 4 times the staff and I’d say less than a quarter of the customer service, quality, and speed of service. Food for thought…no pun intended.

Been here twice now and the food is delicious . Will eat here everytime I’m in the mall. Looks like there is delivery too. If you love a Gyro this is the place to get it. Cheese curds are great. You got Elsworth and Waters edge. Also had the mozzarella sticks and they were very good too. If you haven’t had it try it. You’ll be pleased.

I really like their gyro’s, but I would rather have fresh veggies instead of that veggie mix with sauce…it destroys the sandwich. My wife’s gyro was awesome… mine sucked. She had fresh cut veggies and I had the precut veggies. Yes it makes a difference.

I met the owner is not too long ago. And they have the best food. The Gyros are to die for it has a cucumber sauce. That brings out the flavor. Are cheese curds are good? Their French fries drizzle with cheese and bacon Oh, yes.

Stopped at the location in the mall. Ordered a spinach pie that tasted nothing like a good authentic spinach pie. There were absolutely no flavors other than spinach. The staff was very friendly and I’d be willing to give them another try with something else on the menu.

We used Dhimiters food truck as part of our wedding catering and they were a huge hit! The food is delicious and the staff was wonderful to work with! We were able to pick select items from the menu for guests to choose from and our guests really enjoyed this as a dinner option. Van and team were great and made planning easy!

They have the crispiest fries I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t even like French fries and I crave these things. Don’t even get me started on the gyros. It’s what dreams are made of. Be warned, once you try this place, you’ll always want to eat here.

Dhimiters is simply the best. We got married this summer and had the food trailer cater our 250 person outdoor wedding.
We cannot speak highly enough of Van and his professional and timely communication. He helped us coordinate and change plans (more than once!) without any issues or hesitation at all. Van and his team were on time, followed through, and made our wedding day so much fun. Our guests loved that they could get a combination of food from Greek salad to gyros to deep fried cheese curds without a long wait. A few months later and we still have friends talking about just how good our food was.
