I went to the new Chipotle on opening day (Thursday), and honestly, it went really smoothly for how busy they were. There were about 15 people ahead of me, but the line moved fast. I’d say I made it to the front in about 20–25 min, which wasn’t bad at all for day one. The staff was friendly, patient, and professional, and you could tell they were doing their best to keep things running smoothly. My chicken bowl was overall really good, the area was clean, and it felt like a positive first day experience. I spent $12.00 on a chicken bowl with queso
Then I went back three days later to try out their new drive thru mobile pickup lane for a chicken quesadilla. For now, quesadillas orders are mobile only. I placed my order at 12:15 PM for a 12:30 pickup, but the drive thru line was a nightmare. It took about 50 minutes just to get to the window, and then I waited another 15 minutes there. The issue seemed to be that the person working the window kept getting pulled away to help make food on the other side, which caused everything to back up. My quesadilla was $13 and my Mandarin drink was $3 . After tax, it was $18.95 which is a bit steep.
To be fair, it was a busy Saturday lunchtime, and they’re still in their opening week, so I get that they’re figuring things out. The staff was still super friendly and surprisingly my quesadilla wasn’t cold or bad at all. It was actually really good, and I’d definitely order it again… just not through the drive thru mobile pick up.
Overall, I’m giving this location 3 stars because of the food quality and I know they’ll get the drive thru process smoothed out over time.

The food was good but the restaurant definitely needed some attention. I spoke with the manager on duty and addressed my concerns. He was very polite and apologetic. He said they were down 7 employees and were too busy to have someone wipe tables and change the trash. I understand that people waiting in line or in a drive-thru are priority but there should be clean tables available to eat your food from. Hopefully the shifts get fully staffed.

Good stuff man. No chipotle anywhere near here for miles – hard to complain. I haven’t had chipotle in over a year because there’s none nearby lol. This this was 10/10. Nice staff. Good quality food. Thank you guys. Also I recommend a full bowl and splitting it between 2 people with 2 bags of chips. End price is 16$ or so – easier to afford!

I’ve eaten here a few times since they’ve been open, and I have encountered a young man at the drive thru named Tyler twice. Both visits he provided truly great customer service & made me feel like I mattered as a customer. I’ve not met any of the other staff but if they’re anything like Tyler im sure they’re great too! I live in Dandridge right between this location and Sevierville & because of my great experiences here I will keep choosing this store. Food is fresh, hot & flavorful too! 5 stars all day! Give Tyler a raise!

Jaime, the manager on duty was super friendly and and accommodating. Erika and Haley were both great also. I got a brazened beef protein casaritto and it was the best made one I’ve ever had. Food and service were TOP NOTCH. My only complaint is the tables were dirty and trash full. However, I don’t think things like that are what should matter more than the quality of food and customer service one receives. My best experience at a Chipotle EVER, and I’ve had ALOT. Thank you Chipotle Morristown (evening shift) for making me and my friends outing (her first time at a chipotle) such an amazing experience.

I recently ordered a pickup order online and had multiple missing items. I had ordered a large chips and queso that wasn’t in my bag plus all the toppings I had chose to be on the side were missing. My husband picked it up, so he didn’t check the bag. The last time I ordered from this location, my burrito bowl was covered in something hot that I didn’t order so I had to throw it away. I didn’t bother with it the first time, but after two messed up orders I decided to call. I was sent to a customer service line and they needed my order number. I looked on the app and my email and there was a detailed list of my items but no order number. The gentleman with customer service told me to call him back when I had an order number. It was their mistake and they didn’t give me an order number and the attitude from customer service was like oh well. I was so happy to get a chipotle in Morristown but the customer service is terrible.

I’ve been a long-time Chipotle customer and I really enjoy the food here. The flavor and quality have always been great.
However, I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences with the service during the late morning hours, around 11:00 AM.
On my recent visits, the portions were noticeably small, and when I asked for a bag for my takeout, I was told they didn’t have any. The staff during the morning shift seemed impatient and unwilling to help. This is very different from the evening team, who are always polite, professional, and generous with portions.
I still love the food, but the service during the morning shift at this location needs serious improvement.

Very small portions with no meal options. I got 2 soft tacos with chicken and they barely had any chicken on them, they had a lot of lettuce on them though; like an extreme amount. The salsa wasn’t even salsa, it was a cup of diced up tomatoes and onions. The chips were thick and some were extremely salty. Save your time and go to Salsarita’s instead!

I did a mobile order and it said that it would be ready in 10 minutes. I was there on time. There was one person in front of me waiting at the window for the employee to come to the window. It looks as if there is a dedicated employee for pick up orders. I definitely recommend IF you do order here, which I don’t recommend… that you do a mobile order. But problem being is your order won’t be accurate. There was things missing from my order, it wasn’t a full portion as you would get in store, I had to sit in the drive-through for about 10 minutes before the girl came to the window AND my whole order was COLD. Yes even the meat was cold. Won’t be back to this branch.

Me and my wife were so excited to get a Chipotle in town. Sadly we were disappointed. I order online for pick on at 6:50. I’m glad I got there 10 minutes early because the food was ready and sitting on the shelf. Seems great but I put it for pick up a certain time for a reason. If I hadn’t showed up it would be even more cold and disgusting then is already was. Cold food. Bad Service. They were not that busy when I went in. The crazy part is there was no food in my bowl at all. Did not put chicken or veggies. Just cold beans and rice. Yummy! Not! Ya’ll have one job, we will continue to travel out of town for the goods. If this is how its gonna be they will not last long. Do not recommend. I don’t normally do this stuff but ya’ll should have put some chicken in my bowl and not left out my chips for my guac…. Lets get it together!
