The most recent times I have went here or my family members, the biggest complaint is on the service. Some workers there are rude and act like it’s a bother to answer questions or work like they signed up to do.
I only go there if I really want cookies or if I wanna buy a sandwich for a family member. Definitely not a first resort.

This subway location is horrible the customer service is not good at all they will see you come to the door and not open it the workers come to work any kind of way and they don’t have good attitude at all like if you don’t like the job don’t apply they really just need to close the place honestly because there is no way I should have to wait for you to come unlock the door if the store is supposed to be open that’s unacceptable

I ordered online and was very detailed. But instead of getting what I ordered, I got tomatoes on my Tuna and neither of my sandwiches were cut at all, when I detailed how I wanted it cut. During the morning shift.

The problem I had was that they did not take the coupon I had when I ordered my food. When I asked why, they told me the owner said that too many people were abusing the coupon. When I asked what do you mean abusing? The manager proceeded to say that people were giving out coupons to other customers in the store. So from now on I’ll go to another Subway that does take coupons.

Good food, early morning 10 am, bathroom had not been cleaned. The young lady never smiled, sounded like she didn’t want to be there. Cold short responses. She spoke softly although, as an older man, I asked her several times to say again…she seemed to then speak even more softly (passive aggressive it seemed).

We ordered on the app. We ordered 6 sandwiches they gave us a time when they would be done, we arrived 10 minutes after that time. None of the sandwiches were even made, 4 of them were made wrong 2 of them was simply a tuna and bacon with American cheese and 1 of them didn’t even have bacon on it. The employee was very rude. I order from this subway often and am highly disappointed with this service.

I eat there consistently, and although the service isn’t always the best, I have NEVER had a wrong order there. The attention to detail with the customers is superb, even if they aren’t that happy about being at work. I will always go back for more.

Every since the new owner from Prattville bought it, it’s been a mess. He cuts the meats, (bacon and roast beef), in half. You order a foot long but you’re getting a 6 inch serving. I question the young lady about it and she replied ” We just had a meeting again the other day and that’s what we were told by the Owner, to do and if they didn’t / don’t like it they can go somewhere else “.
