The service here is horrible. Their fountain machine is broken so they was not substituting the bottle drink and was trying to charge me separately for each item for the combo meal. They was overcharging me. That will be my last visit..

Dont bother ordering online. Makes no difference. The past 3 times I have ordered ahead because I dont have a long lunch Ive still had to wait 10 minutes on top of the 20 for pick up time… Someone should revoke their online ordering privileges

Ngl don’t come here if you’re looking for to have a decent meal, the service is decent. The food on the other hand tastes like it was sitting out for a long time. Even with the sub put in the oven the food was terrible. Don’t think of trying the cookies, if u were expecting a nice warm soft cookie, they are hard. The machine is old and not taken care of, as soon as I sipped my sprite I threw it out because it was water, you know when your let pop sit for a day with ice…… that’s how my sprite taste.

The 6 inch meatball sandwich was a 4 1/2 inch sandwich with 3 meatballs I ask for a true 6 inch sandwich as I also purchase a 12 inch BMT and you could see the meal ball sandwich was not 6 inches. They were trying to pull the wool over the public eyes this is not fair, the prices have been raised so give customer what they deserve nothing less nothing more. I visited the Northfield Road Store. I will not visit any Subway after this.

Super slow despite nobody being there. We were there at 10:45am ordering early lunch and they only had 3 olives in the container… wondering if they didn’t bother throwing out previous day’s toppings (I doubt they went through a container during breakfast)? When we asked for the olives she put the 3 rings on it and didn’t bother getting more. Our usual Subway always gives two scoops of tuna salad on a 6″ sub, we asked why we only got one and the lady yelled that we didn’t order a sandwich big enough for another scoop. Unkind treatment of customers, rude and negative attitudes from the women working. There’s enough subways around that I won’t ever visit this one again
