Didn’t realize that both of my and my wife’s and my burger had moldy bread
Not only did they give us moldy bread but before that they messed up our order 2 other times and even after “fixing it” they still forgot our fries. Don’t even bother with this place they dont care if they mess up your order.

Went to buy a hot spicy and this is what I get a hot spicy with very little shredded lettuce the sandwich all open in the bag fries half way idk what’s going with this new McDonald’s but it needs to be reviewed ASAP by management I’m very disappointed

Horrible service, it’s funny how the amount of ice cream they put in a sundae was 1in x 2 1/2in and we had asked for extra fudge. Even tho they had charged it the girl got upset because we asked for the extra, she made a face like she was putting the extra fudge out of her pocket. The girl who took our order when I provided code she asked “for the sauce for the nuggets?”, I was thinking wait is my code incorrect, I don’t think I ordered in the app sauce for the nuggets. I asked “I’m sorry?” Then again she asked, “for the sauce for the nuggets?” I was quiet for a moment then actually said BBQ and honey mustard. I would of thought, they’re supposed to make sure they have the correct code and maybe say ” It’s for the 20 piece nuggets, what would the sauce be?” But no, the girl was in a rush they had no one before me and it was lonely. While we waited all of a sudden it filled up with customers. Anyways I got asked “for the sauce for the nuggets” and still didn’t get BBQ nor honey mustard as I had requested instead I got 2 Creamy Chili for 26 nuggets in total (and no BBQ). It’s very close to my home, but to be honest I rather drive more, than to go to that one McDonald’s. Need better crew members. I don’t think they know what customer service is. Maybe they should rotate people from another mcds so they can train them there.

#1 in Laredo 4 the 40 yrs I’ve been here. My Mcds fast & friendly. Enjoyed w/kids never a complain. We are nice & they are super sweet to us. Be patient, paciencia, no Sean groseros con los que trabajan. If they mess up be nice n tell them. Don’t be rude to the staff. If theres a line just wait. Been here 2 hrs n seen 2 rude customers. Haaa 1 eating fries from bag n wants them to fill it up Xtra bbq & they kindly did. I pay for extra no problem. Te digo Laredo. Thanks Mcds ❤️ Martha, My black everyday coffee is perfect.

New location is awesome 🙂 managers and crew are very friendly each time I go they get better! I have a lot of patience with this location people have to understand is not easy create a 5 star team overnight first months are difficult, also 5 minutes down the road there is 2 more locations give this one time !!!

I hate to come on here but Every time I come to this location I’m either missing something make my order incorrect or they completely forget to do the order management really needs to be looked at because this is a recurring thing
