Indian food cart in the south maui nursery area in Kihei. Beautiful location. You can walk through or sit in the nursery during their business hours. Customer service was great. Food was great. I did not want rice with my chicken curry plate and they replaced rice with plain dosa. That was wonderful suggestion since I like dipping. The filled dosas and samosas were great as well. Strongly recommend tamarind chutney with these items. We visited this place twice in one week. Thank you

For Indians: it’s not your usual spice level but definitely has the right amount of flavor to do the job, dosa sambar and chutney were full of flavor and were piping hot, lemon rice could be little more flavorful
For Non Indians, enjoy the awesome food, it’s amazing!
There are rest rooms just opposite to the food truck.

I got a masala Dosa and regular Dosa with chutney. Did not have the usual spice level I am used to but I know they have to cater to many palettes being in a tourist area. It still had the classic dosa and coconut chuntney taste I have come to love. One masala Dosa would likely not be enough for an average person but the two was perfect. Came in around $16 which I think is totally reasonable for the area and what you’ll be paying at most restaurants.

One of the best and authentic south Indian food we had in USA. We ordered the South Indian combo and veg korma combo plate. Both plates were really good. Especially loved the coconut chutney, it was fresh and masala dosa was awesome!

Good food. Slow service. Food truck was run by a single person. It was in a food truck park with a bunch of other options nearby. We had lunch here.
Masala dosa was great. Chutney was just raw coconut. The vegetable korma was great too. Small portions for the price.

We were fortunate to find this place on our recent trip to Maui. The food was very authentic and flavorful. I grabbed a few things for lunch for the kids while I was out running errands. The kids loved the dosa so much they wanted more for dinner. My mother in law also tried some of the kids food and asked for some for herself. We were very pleased with the food. The service was excellent as well. We will certainly return here on our future trips to Maui.

I strongly recommend to taste the Indian Food from Nirvana.
Jason (the owner) was very friendly and keen to help us in our decision about the meal, he explained us about the different ingredientes and flavours of the food and then took our order. Wait time was ok (about 10 minutes) but anyway it is located in a nice place to spend a while with family or friends.
Because of that I would say the service and environmental was very very good.
About the food, my recommenadation is to get the Dakine Plate (Salad, raita, chicken curry and vegetables) with Naan as a side. This was absolutely delicious and I recommend this to every person who goes to this place.

Every experience I’ve had with Satrang is has been amazing. The food and service are both excellent. The menu is very accommodating, with options that cater to just about everyone’s style of eating and it’s all delicious. Hands down my favorite dosa anywhere. Being set in a beautiful garden adds a uniquely interesting and beautiful element to the ambiance of this lovely food truck.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The masala dosa was really good and authentic. The korma tasted great too
The only downside was the portion size was smaller compared to mainland but I would definitely visit again
PS: the samosas n the imli chutney was great too
