This has nothing to do with the food… food is normally fresh hot quickly served. My issue is the jelly…. NOBODY LIKES GRAPE JELLY … all this location has in fact every location is grape jelly every time I ask all I get is grape .. What is the king allergic to strawberries or something… ? 6PM on a Thursday. From the moment we got here until we got our food was 20 minutes. We were first in line and had to wait 10 minutes just to place our order. When they did decide to start taking orders up front, there was a line. We weren’t greeted. He didn’t even ask what we wanted, he just stared at us until we talked. It was obvious the lack of friendliness was due to intense concentration. The expectations of staff are ridiculous. Two people up front trying to keep up with the drive thru, front desk , online and food app orders! My children asked why the lobby was so empty at dinner time and I explained no one wants to wait that long for fast food.

Horrible food. I asked for hot cheesy tots, got stale cold hard tots. Asked for a hot new crispy onion whopper got a rodeo burger and was cold and cheese wasn’t warm. Very disappointing.

I have a dog and he has learned that if he looks cute at the window sometimes he gets treats and I didn’t get the lady’s name or the girl or a woman’s name but she hooked him up with some bacon and ice cream. That was a really good deal I will be going there again!

Ordered a crispy chicken bacon and Swiss sandwich just to have it be extremely dry, crunchy and very old, didn’t take but a couple bites before throwing it away…it was so bad, I wouldn’t feed it to my dog!!

this specific burger king on edgewood has some of the rudest staff members i have ever interacted with anywhere. i dont usually leave reviews anywhere, but it is everytime i come to this location. the workers are usually rude but this time was just so unnecessary. i also work customer service so i understand the stress and usually try and be understanding with staff but never would i ever talk to a customer this way….

We pulled up about 5:00 on Friday 9/20. Me and my younger siblings, we don’t frequent BK. But something flame broiled did sound good. We were the only ones in line.
My sister in the passenger seat was the one treating us today. I was relaying the order. Like I said we don’t come here often so we did take alittle bit longer getting our order together. The lady taking our order was so ridiculously rude to us for no reason.
I’m relaying the order and I could barely here her over the fuzzy sounding inntercome. I asked her for her patience, and it felt like she just went in harder on the disrespect. I personally don’t want food from the people I’m arguing with that’s making my food.
If it was up to me I simply would of pulled off. But it wasn’t, instead my little sister cut the order short and didn’t even get the rest of the stuff we wanted to try.

I was a customer at this burger King location the lady in burger King who took my order Thursday night 6pm I didn’t mean to ask you again if I was getting a cup already to drink with after you got done with talking my order but when I ask you for cup you didn’t smile or nothing you just looked at me like I did something wrong too you. as if you were upset? now I wasn’t trying to be complicated or start problems with you just soo you know it wasn’t crowded at all when I arrived at your location as well but I just noticed you kept staring at me as if something that was said bothered you in a uncomfortable way.not sure what exactly but again thank you for your service as a customer.
