I went through drive-thru for my order. Firstly, they need to work on their customer service. Secondly, can we talk about how my fries were ice cold and my sour cream looked gross when I opened the package, so I looked at the date on the package, and it’s expired. When this Wendy’s first opened they were doing decent compared to the original building, but has declined more and more over the years. Do better,or just shut down.

Over the last year, I have attempted to eat from this location four times – and without a doubt, all four times… This location struggles to meet the mark on categories between quality of service and correct-ness of food requested by customer and prepared by the business.
Apparently, requesting “Cheese and Ketchup Only” on a Dave’s Single is an astronomical task to accomplish here in Dawsonville, GA.
I’ve received all variants of a Dave’s Single with the exception for how I’ve requested it from this location specifically. Other Wendy’s locations across the US? Zero issue to meet that request.

I placed an order in the Wendy’s app and arrived at the location. They made me wait for my food for 7 minutes, only to then get home and they left out half of my order. I called the store and asked for the manager to give me a refund, and she refused and said I would need to come back to the store with a “receipt”, which I was not even provided with because I ordered in the mobile app. Additionally, the staff that answered the phone literally said she knew they forgot my food items and made no effort to call me to ask me to come back or make the situation right. The manager refused to offer me a refund. This is now the second time in 3 weeks where I have had similar issues with the staff at this location have left out multiple items of my order and refused to provide a refund for their failure. I will be escalating this immediately to my credit card company. This location is horribly run!

This is a beautiful Wendy’s. The design and style makes you feel as if you are enjoying a meal in a converted loft. They did a good job. The food is what you would expect from Wendy’s and it was delivered correctly in a timely fashion.

Waiting to order an hour before they close and can see all the workers making and eating food. Been waiting at the box for 10 minutes. Pulled up to window and the manager said they are not wanting any more orders tonight so go somewhere else. Very rude staff.

Waited 45 minutes for a baconator that looked like this. Also received eight nuggets in my ten piece. Could not go in because dining is closed and they hung up on me 20 times when trying to call. Finally spoke with a manager “Austin” who said sorry and that was it, no attempt at rectifying the situation. Never going back, every other fast food restaurant in Dawsonville is superb.
