A super fresh and creative sushi spot with a unique menu you don’t see everywhere. The place is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with TVs if you want to watch sports or just have something on while you eat. The service was friendly, attentive, and on point from start to finish, making it an easy place to relax and enjoy a great meal.

Happened to randomly come upon this restaurant after a stroll through the duck pond and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant looked kind of dead from the outside as it was tucked in the corner behind some other restaurants and establishments. The ramen was super yummy and the pork slices that came with it were thick cut and tender. The broth was pretty good. Their California rolls are interesting in that they taste different than other places, where the surimi here has a crab flavor. I’m not sure what they are doing different here, but we liked their California rolls! Service was alright because it appeared that we were assigned the new guy and he was still figuring the ropes out.

I haven’t been to this location since it was RA a few years ago. The sushi was fresh, the place was clean. They had lunch specials and sushi and sashimi specials on the board. We had the fatty tuna, eel sushi, pork Ramen, seafood udon and oyster shooters… all amazing. The smoking picture was I think tuna, green apple and something else….It was very good….

The sushi was fresh and so tasty! But best of all the service is bar none! They were incredibly friendly and go out their way to please! At the end of the meal, they offered complimentary apple rolls, so refreshing after a big meal! Its like they just whipped up something together but it was art for the mouth!! We love coming here before going to a movie.

I think we just found our favorite sushi spot in Corona. The sushi rolls are unique and taste amazing. Also the service there was on it. Eric our sushi chef made us feel welcomed and engaged with conversation. I personally can’t wait to go back.

It’s 3/8/24 and they are still in their soft opening stage which just means no alcohol yet. Went for a Friday night dinner with my wife. Good atmosphere and pretty good service. My wife had been eating here when it was called Raw. She mentioned that it was fancier and that the vibe is more casual now. Which for $20 a roll on average is a bit pricy for a casual restaurant. The fish did seem fresh and the quality is definitely there. Just go in knowing it’s that much per roll.

During my visit at dinnertime, I found myself at a charming restaurant located in the bustling shopping center of “The Shops at Dos Lagos”. The restaurant, conveniently situated next to a vast parking lot, welcomed me with its stunning interior. The open and inviting atmosphere was truly remarkable, creating an ambiance of awe and comfort.

One of the unique features of this restaurant is the open kitchen, allowing diners to watch the chefs expertly prepare their meals. It’s a fascinating display of culinary skill, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience.

We had the Sashimi Special, Sunday Morning Roll, Ceviche Roll, Arigato Roll, Chicken Karaage, and Sawagani. Each dish was a delight, particularly the Sashimi Special, where the variety and quality of fish ensured a fresh experience with every bite. Unlike other sushi places that often skimp on protein, here, the balance was perfect with generous portions of protein and just the right amount of rice.

I’m definitely not a big spender, but the food is certainly worth the price. I would rather pay a similar amount for high-quality dishes than at other AYCE sushi restaurants. I honestly think the price is reasonable and worth every penny.

The dedication of the owner, actively working at the sushi bar, assures that every dish served is exceptional and meticulously prepared.

I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Corona area looking for an exceptional sushi dining experience. It’s a guarantee that your visit will be worthwhile!

1000000000 out of 10.

Food, service and ambiance were all exceptional.

Hubby and I did not have any dinner plan, we just happened to see this place while walking around Dos Lagos and decided to try them out and we are soooooooooo glad that we did.

My husband, who is a whiskey drinker, had a bottle of Bizen Maboroshi sake and he absolutely loved it. He said it reminds him of my fav gin!! And I had their Yuzu Orion – Orion on tap with a splash of yuzu liquor, and that was seriously so refreshing and delicious, pair so well with our dinner. As for food, We got the omakase dinner special that the owner suggested to us and omg, what an experience!! Fresh Hokkaido scallop nigiri is something I will never forget. The owner even let us try his fav top shelf sake and oh man, that was something else too

We genuinely couldn’t ask for a better service and meal. If you love sushi, it’s a must try for sure and you will be hooked.

They have 2 locations: Murrieta and Corona but we’ve only been to the one at Dos Lagos and not sure we’ll be able to go to any other sushi restaurant after our meal there.

First time here. Great menu. Presentation and taste was exactly what I had hoped for.

I have returned and tried a few different items. The Taki Yaki was interesting, but will not re-order. The Imperial roll is my go-to!
