They’ve gone so downhill, unfortunately. Used to be one of my favorite spots. Our server was very kind and no issues there. However, all four of our burgers (medium well requested) were beyond well done and the outside was crispy and burnt. The fries for all six of us were over cooked, burnt tasting and crispy in the inside. Do not recommend at all.

We ate at Brady’s Saturday evening with a table of seven. Those of us who have been coming here for years remember when Brady’s meant quality. This is not the same Brady’s.

I paid $13.99 for the Reuben. It used to be hefty and piled high with meat, sauerkraut, and that spicy, delicious sauce. The fries were long, piping hot, and came with a pickle wedge on the side. It was plated like someone cared.

What I got Saturday was dry, bland, and had very little meat. It felt thrown together. The fries were short, hard, cold, and completely unseasoned. When we tried salting them, the salt literally fell off. People at the table ended up salting their ketchup just to get through a few of those munchkin fries. I even had to hunt for the pickle under them.

My husband ordered the Philly cheesesteak special. It came with processed orange cheese instead of something you would expect like provolone or white American. His fries were the same.

It actually became comical at our table. Every plate had the same short fries. Not a long one in sight. At one point someone held one up and said, “Hey, I got a long one… at least two inches.” That is how noticeable it was.

When a place changes hands, people understand things can shift. But the drop in quality is obvious. All seven of us left disappointed, and we all agreed we would not be back.

Danica was our server and she was hands down one of the best servers we have ever had anywhere! The burger was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The Caesar salad was star worthy and I’m very picky about salads. The atmosphere was perfect and just what we were looking for in a restaurant. But the pièce de résistance was our server, Danica, she made our evening.

So we was told that Brady was the place to go when u want a good steak. Well the steak had no taste to it and had to be sent back 2 twice before they got it to well done. It was tasteless and hard. Don’t let me get to the so called seafood platter and the new potatoes. The entire platter had a burnt taste to it and we asked the waitress when was the grease changed and as I thought they would say, it was Changed that morning of ‍♀️The worst food ever in my life.First time and the last time there. After them knowing that the food was horrible , they didn’t try to correct the concern saying there was no manager on duty. I knew when we walked in that it wasn’t going to be a good experience, but you live and learn. If you have money to throw away you can go there because that’s exactly what we did.

Great place to catch a quick bite. Friendly staff. They have one of the best char grilled hamburgers in town. I had the mushroom swiss burger. The meat was grilled to perfection! Nice and juicy. Comes dressed with lettuce, tomatoes pickle, and onions. It’s so big you have to cut it in half with a knife! Always enjoyed the food at Bradys! Worth a trip if you’re coming to Hammond.

We like Brady’s the fried fish plate is delicious you get 4 big size pieces off fish , coleslaw and fries. The fried shrimp plate comes with coleslaw and fries. The service was great. Food is always fresh and delicious.
Edit : We went back and I tried the fajita combo chicken and steak and wasn’t disappointed omg it was delicious.. so much food I took it home and had lunch the next day all for $15.00. Do yourself a favor and take drive and enjoy the view get some delicious food.

We’ve been here a few years ago and enjoyed it better then. I think we just came on the wrong afternoon this time. The place is more fun when it is lively.
The service was fine, nothing overly special. No problems, the server was quick, and attentive but flat. I don’t think she smiled once. She may have been having a bad day, but it didn’t seem like that. She didn’t seem tired either, just simply bored. Not that I require bubbly customer service, but even just a hint of an attempt at a smile would have helped.
The food was slightly burnt, not burnt to the point of inedible, but just past charred and just before it fully hits the smelling burnt stage. My wife’s salad was wilted, and came out less than ten seconds after we ordered it. Long delays for salad aren’t good either, but that quick and wilted is a bit odd. My son’s grilled cheese sandwich was nothing special, slightly burnt on one side and reasonably melted.
I still give it a 4, given that we have had great service and fantastic food in the past. If we go back soon and the food/service stays the same I’ll downgrade to a 3, but it definitely isn’t a 2 or a 1. It didn’t make us sick, or nauseous, or even queasy, but there was a wow factor missing that used to be there.
My bacon sandwich was fine, a little chewy for the hamburger, but probably because it also had a bit too much char to it as well.

Underwhelmed by this experience. Spinach dip was subpar, chips were overfried. My baked potato was not cooked all the way. One member of our party ordered a salad and it was not brought to the table until the rest of us were packing up to leave.

Cool sports bar. Wide menu selection. Had bacon cheddar burger which was nice and juicy and onion rings. Plenty of room to dine in. Soft rock music in background. Not to loud. Just perfect. Friendly service.
