I’ve been to this location a few times, the service is very dry, the employees give off the vibe of not wanting to be there and almost like their arms are being twisted to talk to the customers, majority of the time they are on their phones, or in groups talking. A few times while waiting in line with a few other people, they would act like they didn’t see us or they were busy, at one point during a visit I though there was no one there because there was no one behind the counter, a few minutes later 4 employees come walking out from the back laughing and smiling, that’s why I prefer the Gilroy and Morgan hill location which is a farther drive for me but well worth it because of the great service we get there.

Well today I visited this location as I was picking up groceries near by and didn’t have dinner yet, so my husband placed a pick up order. When we arrived to the drive thru the team member asked what kind of soda I wanted and I said Coke Zero. When we got home I had half of the large cup with Coke Zero, the ice started melting and as I made my way to the bottom the drink started tasting off, well as I hit the bottom I saw a black object in my cup, I took off the lid and noticed that it was part of the fountain drink dispenser I felt sick to my stomach immediately.

Second time being here and omg yummers!! Super delicious this is the best amazing food I’ve ever eaten. Now they have less options depending what time you go its not their fault but that’s okay they manage to make sure im satisfied and many others. Do I Recommend anybody to try it out heck yeah I would rate this restaurant 10/5 stars . The chips is bussin the beans aren’t even chili spicy so everyone needa chill out on that it’s really amazingly good that’s my opinion. Great workers they always treat you like family. Now if I was to want a drink they have their soda machine but for rn it’s down that’s alright! Because they have a small options for you to choose.

8 out of 10 times I visit this location they are putting the most dismal effort into either making my burrito bowl or my burrito. If they aren’t putting in minimal effort they are often out of items to complete the bowl (Fajita veggies, rice, chicken, etc.) Today the gentlemen making my bowl had hair down to his shoulders to which he is blowing it out of his face. It was disgusting. Where is his hair net?? This is standard procedure in the food service industry. I should call the Santa Cruz County health inspector on this place. He asked the kitchen to bring him more rice and instead of waiting the additional 60 seconds to have new white rice delivered, he is scraping the poorest excuse for a scoop of rice I’ve ever seen. My $12 bowl had about $2 worth of ingredients. This place either needs a new owner or an audit from corporate. Go to Habit Burger across the way instead.

For a new development this place looks run down and dirty. The customer service was poor, employees were one their phones and talking in groups. Lastly, what really brought me to write this review was the out side garbage! Disgusting! No fast food restaurant should have garbage pulled up like how this restaurant did! Speaks high volumes of how clean the kitchen must be. Also the main food area was not really tightly. Do better Watsonville

**SMALL PORTIONS!**

I went to a random Chipotle in Arizona last (12/2024), I ordered the same burrito as the one here at this location (1/2025) and the size of the burrito was almost half of what I was served in Arizona. Skip this location, for a $25 burrito you’ll get half the portions as in other locations.

P.s. The “tomato salsa” was basically diced tomatoes with traces of onions or cilantro.

Drive through not an option. Forgotten things left n right. Repeated quesadillas where no cheese was given, just tortilla inside another tortilla… May still be ok if you go inside, not finding out myself. Good luck if you go in!

You know it’s bad when I have to leave a review for a Chipotle. Iv been to many across the country and this one is by far the worst. Employees did not want to be working. No rice, no meats of any kind, everything looked like it’s been sitting for 6 hours. I got the last scoop of chicken. Never been so disappointed, and wish I just walked out. Was ice cold.

I have ordered here several times and have had issues multiple times. This last time was the final straw. I was rushed to get food, starving so I placed an order on the app for a burrito bowl, double protein and when I went to eat my food, found a piece of hair in it. Immediately threw the food away because I did not have time to go back to the restaurant and argue over the hair. When I tried to complain with their customer support, they said they would talk to the manager. Meanwhile I’m out what I paid and back at work starving. They can keep the money, but they lost a customer

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!! Don’t waste your time and come to this specific chipotle. Service was horrible the crew members had lots and attitude, rice was over cooked and crunchy, didn’t have chips or guac 🙁 spoke to the manager Isaac but he was not helpful throughout the experience. Will not be coming back here.

half my steak was not edible, the employees were rude/aloof and swearing behind the counter, no beans at all, no medium drink lids. The management here clearly has no idea what they are doing or they don’t care.
