I just spent almost $50 on a to go order. My daughter wanted to add something so we picked up the to go order and sat down and waited for the second order. When I tell you that neither one of the girls working the counter ever looked up to acknowledge us once or tell us one single word the entire time. The food is amazing but not worth the poor customer service that this place has.

Went here on a recommendation from a supervisor .
What I will say is that the smoothies here are REALLY Good much better than smoothie King and prob more REAL ingredients over powder used.However the food is good but you get very skimpy amount of meat… There may have been 4-5 slices in a quesadilla. I know it’s not just me bc said supervisor also said her wrap was very light on the meat side.
Staff here was not overtly friendly. I don’t think anyone greeted or asked to take an order or anything.
My recommendation download the app, stick to smoothies only, and use curbside pickup

It was my first time there and I was treated with excellent customer service. I had signed up for their rewards program but couldn’t place an Internet order. I was helped by the kindest, friendliest woman who also helped me complete my sign up and made my order for me. I’ve noticed customer service go down significantly since the pandemic, but this lovely woman restored my hope that it’s coming back. Good job and thank you!

Coworkers slack off never pay attention to time or customers and I continue to experience frustration with the service and unwelcoming behavior exhibited by said employees. Specifically the employee who chose not to run my smoothie out to curbside and just let it sit out on the counter and melt. Never coming back beyond disappointed. Shame on this establishment.

Smoothie was good, ordered a flatbread chicken pesto with extra chicken, got about 3 pieces of chicken on it. Went back in and asked for another as I didn’t get what I paid for, the employees happily made another to fix their mistake. Just make sure you check your food before leaving, definitely not the time to be paying more for less right now.

Been ordering and picking up. Was hoping the staff would get it together and eventually get it right. The problem is there’s a bunch of kids working there, it’s clear they don’t care about the product that they’re putting out, and no adults around to supervise that can be seen. Today, I tried again, and the sandwich was just so slow, and I open the bag of chips, and they tasted stale. I could not figure out why until I picked up the bag, and there was a hole in the back of the bag, God only knows how long it’s been there. So the last time that I ordered, they completely messed up the sandwich did not follow the instruction at all. The owner needs to take a serious look at the kids working there, maybe some additional training is an order or perhaps hire somebody who can actually make a sandwich correctly, or read an order. I’ve totally given up on curbside pick up, because the one time I chose curbside pick up and even clicked on the app. I am here I put all my car information in, etc., I sat, and sat, and sat some more, until I finally just walked inside, and said, I have a curbside pick up, the guy was like oh yeah, it’s right here. I asked if it said curbside pick up because I thought maybe I somehow did something wrong while ordering, but no, the boy told me no it says curbside! SMH… the service really needs to improve if I’m going to continue to spend over $40 for this!

Currently in the Covington location and the two young ladies working lack basic customer service skills. Please teach your employees to acknowledge customers when they walk in and if they are busy to at least say something along the lines of “One moment or we’ll be right with you”. My husband continued to order but I don’t deal with bad customer service.
