Last night we hosted a work happy hour at the 5×5 Bar & Bistro, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was relaxed and entertaining, games in every corner of the room, on almost every table. Plenty of open seating, food and drinks were great, but the customer service was exceptional! Our server Matthew was fast, accurate, and remembered everyone’s names! We were all very impressed with his professionalism and great attitude, and all while juggling our fairly large group. I will absolutely be visiting again, both personally and professionally!!

1,000% improvement compared to our first visit! Can’t wait for the next music event. Especially excited to enjoy the outdoor area come summer time.
The Davanos were excellent, as always; and, the wait staff was very attentive and friendly.

A little hidden gem in Mukilteo! We weren’t even staying at the hotel, and decided to drop by on a whim. Matthew was an absolute delight! He welcomed us in, even opening a locked side door when he saw us ride up on our bikes. So warm and friendly – great atmosphere, as well. Price are very reasonable. Be sure to stop in, and say hi to Matthew!

This is awkward. My best friend and I come to this hotel fairly often. It’s our go to place to relax and take a moment away.
This time was horrible and it was in large part due to this restaurant.
Let me start by acknowledging it was a Friday evening. However, counting me, there were a total of four whole people in the bar. Four. Keep that in mind.
It took the bartender thirteen minutes to even ask if I wanted a cocktail. At which point I had to reminder her she had never given me a menu. Instead of coming to give me one, she had another customer bring it to me. Not a great look. But whatever. When she finally asked me again if I wanted anything (because she had gone to do goodness knows) I asked for a drink and a side of fries. A side of fries.
The bartender told me that she had no idea how long it would be for any food or it would come at all because the kitchen was so backed up.
There. Were. Four. People. Total. Now sure they may have had other things going on but it was a Friday night. Staff better. Get it together.
It was a bloody mess.
I’ve had this bartender before too. She isn’t new. Last time, seven months ago or so, she was saying she couldn’t make half the cocktail list because she was too new. Which is fine, I get that. But it’s months later and she still can’t run a bar.
Find someone who can.
I left and went somewhere else. Best choice of the weekend.

Great food and Amazing cocktails! Trivia was an absolute blast! The stage was setup for live music that they will have soon and it looks like an amazing venue for it.

Super cute little neighborhood bar with a huge dining area and outside patio area. Full bar, great selection of local beer and cider, wine… and Matthew took great care of us! We weren’t even staying at the hotel, but decided to come in and we’ll definitely be back! Wish more hotel bars were like this!

We weren’t staying at the hotel but stopped in for drinks. It’s a great spot – friendly staff, excellent cocktails, and a really nice outdoor patio area. Perfect place to relax.

Like the others have said in their reviews. Over 15 minutes to have a waiter even speak to us. Pizza was terrible. Skip this spot. Poor service and bad food. Maybe if customer stopped going here, they would make changes.
