We tried this café inside Bloomingdale’s. The food was okay. We had chicken salad, Cinnabon and wings. Furthermore, the wings were not cook it was raw and cold. We asked the server for a redo. However it was not to perfection. The server was not attentive. He seemed distanced and uninterested in helping/doing his job.

Delicious frozen yogurt, I personally like the plain or coffee flavor. They serve a lot of frozen yogurt into one cup. Would recommend asking for a to go cup or ask for a cap later, I couldn’t finish a regular size cup on my own in one sitting. I also recommend their carrot cake.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Bloomingdale’s Forty Carrots, thanks to Kenny, one of the employees. I stopped by to get some of their famous frozen yogurt, and Kenny’s service truly went above and beyond. Not only did he pack the yogurt perfectly, ensuring it was securely wrapped, but he also thoughtfully asked if I needed ice to keep it cold. His attention to detail and genuine care for my purchase made the visit special. It’s rare to encounter such dedication and customer appreciation. Kenny’s outstanding service is a testament to the quality and commitment of Bloomingdale’s staff. Highly recommend!

My absolute favorite frozen plain yogurt, served by mostly very friendly staff and lovely management. Their sandwiches and other items are tasty too. Atmosphere is bright, open, simple and perfect for a quick bite while shopping.

Price is way too much for simple frozen yogurt. Paid about $40 for 3 SMALL cups of yogurt with toppings. Apparently toppings are like $2 each. Which is outrageous because the yogurt wasn’t even that good. It was alright but absolutely nothing worth that much. If you’re in the mall you’re better off going to Pinkberry.

Huge Safety Hazard:
Went there today to grab food. One of my siblings and my parent wanted to get a small peanut yogurt with granola. They put the granola in the cup but here is one problem. They have about 12 toppings to choose from and use only one spoon for it. Guess what one of those toppings are? Almonds (nut). So if a person came in with a severe nut allergy asked for a whatever yogurt with gummies. The spoon that they put the toppings into will contain nut dust from either the granola or almonds into the gummies. That is a huge safety since it is cross contamination. A perfect analogy is you go into a restaurant having a seafood allergy. You ordered a salad. The chef makes the salad by cutting the lettuce, etc.. But the chef used that same knife to cut raw shrimp and used the same cutting board without washing it. Not only is that gross but it is dangerous for that person. That is basically what Forty Carrots are doing. Regardless if the person who handles the food does or doesn’t know you have an allergy it is still gross to put the same spoon in different toppings. Also I had a 9 dollar chicken sandwhich there and it was awful. It had multigrain bread which I love and even hated that. So overall the sandwhich is bad and they cross contaminate the food which is a big no in a restaurant type business.

Came here at 7:45pm to be denied because the person in charge needed to “make their bus at 8:05pm”. I suggest you post 7:45pm close time or hire someone who can actually work the night shifts posted.
