Mechi’s Deli & Juice Bar is that spot.
After reading the reviews, I decided to grab an acai bowl. Listen … it did NOT disappoint! It actually had acai in it! Shocking, I know. Everything was blended fresh right in front of us with real fruit. No sad, half-filled, pre-made containers. I got exactly what I paid for and then some. And the owner, Willis? A whole vibe. Super kind, helpful, funny … the cherry on top.
The food coming out of that kitchen looked too. I’ll definitely be back. You should go try them!

Great place, I always go there for breakfast. Never had an issue, and the service is top notch. Everyone enjoys working there, and you feel the positivity in the food itself. Would always recommend if you are in the area.

Food was decent. Paid $30 for two platters that consisted of only rice and pernil. They give you a ton of rice but would have been nice to have included more sides. Felt a bit overpriced. Seating is tight. It’s more of a take out counter. They do have a few stools against the wall if you’d like to eat in. Service was a bit slow.

I buy here regularly. The food is delicious, authentic Dominican food and even some American cuisine options. The owners are accommodating and very customer focused, very friendly. I feel like I am with family. The juices, specially lemonade is delicious. They also cater meals for my work, which goes over great. Highly recommend!
