I unfortunately can no longer order from this location even though it’s very convenient and on my way to work and service is great but I can no longer tolerate being late for work because people can’t read signs. It’s happening more often than not and nothing is being done about it and yesterday was the last straw. Until this location does something about the drivers who can’t read and possibly create an additional exit i will have to take my business elsewhere.

I am completely disappointed. I have been craving a Starbucks mocha even though I haven’t been trying to support them but I gave in. Anyway I order a mocha they give me a white mocha . It’s annoying that I spent 8.40 after tax on a very simple drink yet they can’t even get it correct . Starbucks do better or charge less . Also I had my mother pick up the order since I had to work, that’s why I was not able to correct the issue right when I got the drink.

Shelly was awfully rude to me for absolutely no reason. She had a horrible attitude and just seemed to not want to help me in any way shape or form. I felt rushed and like I was bothering her. This Starbucks used to be so good, sad to see service go down like that.
