Quite possibly the best ice-cream I’ve ever had. My niece and I visited this weekend for the first time, and I can’t wait to return with my husband. The flavors are incredibly imaginative, the ice-cream smooth and creamy, the sorbet tart and delicious. I want to try every flavor! We were having trouble deciding what to get, so the lovely couple who own the shop allowed us to sample a couple of flavors. My niece got the sorbet—I believe it was a combination of something with raspberry. So good! I nearly chose that, but once I sampled the vegan vanilla, I had to order it. It was to die for. Vanilla was my fav as a child, but this vanilla outdid any I’ve ever had. Wow! I also sampled the goat cheese and fig. It’s divine. I will order that next time. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Came here last week for the first time. My husband got a scoop of pear-ricotta-ginger and I choose coconut based matcha (vegan) and a half a pint of cucumber-mint sorbet to go. It was all so good! Came back a again and this time I had a scoop of coconut based coffee ice cream and my husband a scoop of peach and again the pear-ricotta- ginger. Delicious! If you can’t decide what flavor, they have ice cream flights! Also ice cream sandwiches and sundaes.

This place was by far the BEST ice cream shop I have ever been too. My sister recommended them because we are in town visiting and wow. We went with the brown butter pecan ice cream sandwich and it was out of this world I probably said mmm about 50 times. The short bread on it was cooked perfectly and so flaky. I also got the blueberry cheesecake and it was amazing as well! Do not think about it run to this shop! Staff was very friendly as well.

Honestly some of the best ice cream I have ever had!!! Staff was very friendly and loved the autumnal flavors. Highly recommend the apple pie and honey ice cream. Best money I spent all week!!

Our hiking group stopped in today and had the best ice cream ever!!!! We then took home loads of ice cream sandwiches. Just inhaled the coffee chip ice cream sandwich after dinner….OMGD…delicious. Great place.

This place is unreal. The most amazing unique creations. The ice cream sandwiches!! Mango sticky rice and a creation with pistachio and cardamom have been my favorites so far. Their mint chocolate chip is crazy good – real mint! Love the biscuit / cookies used for the ice cream sandwiches. Crispy and not too sweet. All around perfection.

If you’re near Mars Hill and are craving a delectable ice cream, run, don’t walk, to Meadowsweet Creamery. They’re located inside an art gallery with indoor and outdoor seating. Their flavors change every few weeks – even without the allure of seasonal flavorings, their ice cream will leave you planning your next trip. Personally, I can’t wait until the dog days of summer to have another crisp macaron cookie with a unique flavor melting in my mouth. Thankfully, with limited hours in the winter, they are a sweet surprise.

Wonderful new ice cream spot in Mars Hill! We decided to try it today and were pleasantly surprised. It was delicious. I had the caramel/coffee flavor and hubby had mint chocolate chip. Both were perfect. We will be back !
