We filmed our 48 hour film project here but our experience at the Fox Hole actually began with breakfast. I wish I took a picture of my meal but I ate it too fast. The special was breakfast enchiladas and they were absolutely AMAZING. Really great employees too! 10/10 recommend. The pictures are behind the scenes photos from filming in this location.

Ate lunch here today, had an excellent Blue Plate Special, which was the all American bacon cheeseburger loaded up with a side salad and ice tea. This also came with homemade peach cobbler!
Everything was absolutely delicious, our waitress was very pleasant and did wonderful jod today!

Can’t speak highly enough about this place. Got taco special and $1 pop that come with free refills (lots of places need to learn from this). Tacos could have used a bit more spice but they were flavorful and filled with lots of shreaded port. Came with a wonderful piece of cake too. Total before tip was $10. You can’t get a better meal for that price anywhere! Will stop again when in area. Looking forward to trying other food.

Their buffalo wings on Wednesday nights are the best in the area. I’ve sampled several around the area and all over, and the FH’s rank right up top. They also offer drumsticks as an option to the wings, which I haven’t seen before elsewhere. The only real downside to FH’s “Wing It Wednesday” is that their kitchen is so small that that night they don’t serve any other food but the wings. Still, eating only their wings on those nights isn’t so bad.

I don’t usually drink but I took a sip of my brother’s Praga dark lager on tap and ordered myself one. I couldn’t drink it all (so my brother helped!) but it tasted so good that I bought a 6 pack the next time I came in for food to go. Burgers are good. Polish Dog was good and the Wednesday night wings special was excellent! Lots of different sauces to choose from. I ate more wings than I normally would..maybe it was the PRAGA! The atmosphere is fantastic. I love how they made the booths. Funny how I lived here for 11 years and never set foot in the place. It definitely is an upgrade compared to other eating establishments in the city. Definitely the place to visit in Wilber.

I have never given a review on anything before, but we had an awesome experience today at the Foxhole Tavern in Wilber, NE. The waitress was friendly, helpful and generous! The food was delicious and very filling! The atmosphere was very pleasant! We will be back!

I loved this place! Izzy was so nice and kind, try the Izzy Drink! I love the history behind this building, the owner loves to talk about it and his prized Zappa item. A small group of college students were welcomed with open arms and this was our favorite part of our trip.
