Placed an online or delivery order at 6 PM never received my pizza but was charged can’t contact the store because they don’t answer the phone. Customer Service can do nothing for you. Sent a second order just to see if they might’ve been something wrong with the first and haven’t received that order. Can’t contact the store and can you give my money back. This is a disgrace.

I ordered online delivery through the website and for some reason it was delivered by DoorDash. The pizza literally looks like it went through a tornado. DoorDash can’t do anything because I didn’t place the order with them. And after 40 minutes waiting to get someone on the line, I was hung up on.

There was confusion while ordering on the app. I accidentally ordered carry out instead of delievery. I called twice the called was hung up up both times because the manager wasn’t there. The third time the worker was able to get the manager saying our order could be cancelled then put us on hold. Overall I feel as though they just wanted my money:
