Went in early today 0900. 18th feb Disgusting attitude from the member of staff. Asked for 6 inch Then made a foot long. No apology just an angry look as if I was interrupting her. She clearly does not enjoy working in this establishment. Why would you work here if you hate it so much.she’s absolutely destroying the reputation of subway. I stopped by Subway around 8:50 PM today and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in this chain. The employee making my sandwich was rude from the start — tossing ingredients around, squeezing the bread, and acting annoyed the moment she heard me speaking another language on the phone.
When I politely said, “Please stop, I don’t want this sandwich. You’re being too rude,” she started shouting at me: “Get out! Get out!”
I’ve been to Subway countless times over the years and never ran into anything like this. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Management needs to step in before more customers are treated this way.

Never knew a child’s sub from Subway was only 2 inches and could only have 2 veggies on the sub. It doesn’t disclose that anywhere in the store. My sub was just thrown together. She wasn’t very nice and wouldn’t even acknowledge you were even talking to her. For as much as you pay for a sub at Subway, you would at least think you would get your money’s worth. I didn’t want my hoagie toasted, but she never even heated the steak up for my hoagie. Never again will we be coming back to this subway.

The older lady was very rude constantly glaring at me and giving me attitude and when I asked her to please use a clean knife on my sandwich cause I am vegan and have allergy’s she sighed very loudly and glared at me like I was the problem she also did not wash her hands before making my sandwich I’m disgusted and will never be returning

Asked for double cheese and got complete attitude and what felt like fat shaming from the employee here. Paula made my sandwich and first sounded annoyed when I asked if they had cheese sauce for their pretzels if I could get that on my Philly sub instead of American cheese. So then I asked if with the American cheese I could get double cheese on my Philly because let’s be honest if it’s a Philly cheese steak you want a good amount of cheese so you can taste it. She said it’s already double that’s 8 pieces of cheese and continued to put the regular amount on it and no extra even though I asked for it. I’m sorry but your half pieces of triangular cut cheese are not a full slice so even though your calling it double cheese it’s only 4 slices Karen. Then when mu wife asked for extra cheese on hers she looked over to another employee and said guess these people really like the cheese as she rolled her eyes. Then as we sat there and ate I got to her about an upcoming surgery a family member was having and a big discusting growth they had to have removed thanks for the horrible lunch experience Paula.

Made the order online and requested more or extra of pickles and onions and I only got 6 pickles and a regular amount of onions. That’s it, 6 pickles for my whole foot long sub! The end of one side of my bread was hard. But my other end was not… Weird.

Called to order food as i was on a time crunch for work. Went in to pick up and employees wouldnt stop chatting amongst themselves until i interrupted them to pay. When i got back to work with the food i found a dead fly in my sandwich.
