We have been here a few times, seems to be hit or miss depending on who is working. The posted 10PM closing time is not accurate. We arrived at 9:05PM on a Thursday and they put the closed sign out; it was hot out and no rain, it wasnt a weather related early closing.

My dog Sasha and I stop in here almost every weekend, as we are always driving through to head to the marina. I get a peanut butter shake and she gets a small pup cup of vanilla. Service persons are aways friendly and they love seeing Sasha just as much as Sasha loves seeing them. Will continue to make this a routine stop. Thanks for the great service.

Love this place ❤️ My husband always gets the mango and I always get the cotton candy ice but occasionally I’ll get the little sample tray where you can get a little of 4 different flavors. I haven’t tried a bad one yet. The employees are always so sweet too.

Great choices in flavors of ices and frozen custard. The staff are always helpful in answering questions & letting us sample taste ice flavors. Fun place to visit & socialize. Outside chairs are inviting, ices are refreshing. Win-win. Thanks so much.

We enjoysl the custard at Rita’s and visit the Easton, MD location often. Tonight there was an extremely long line (Saturday) and Lola handled it like a pro. She was upbeat and friendly despite taking care of all those people mostly by herself. I don’t know why her coworker wasn’t helping more but Lola was great.

Great as usual… first time at this Rita’s location. Just disappointed that they were out of a few flavors, which is fine, but they didn’t take down the signs for those flavors even after they said they would! Just disappointing when you set your mind on a flavor and come to find out it sold out a while ago.

Parking is very convenient and never over crowded. This was the fastest service ever. I confirmed my custard flavor and like magic my Gelati was served to me as though it were preordained. It could have been in an episode of the Twilight Zone.

The Italian Ice here is awesome! I take my kids here at least twice a week. The staff are very friendly and they have a great selection of flavors that change every day.
