We had a pleasant sitting at this Hard Rock Cafe.
The waitress was attentive and fun.
The staff got along so well and looked like they enjoyed working life.
We ordered burgers with extra smoky bacon and they were scrumptious.
We had quite a few different cocktails and they were also on point.
Price wise…. it was a little more expensive that we were hoping.

Had an amazing dinner at Hard Rock Cafe Bali! The atmosphere was vibrant with live music setting the perfect mood—great energy without being too loud to enjoy my meal. I ordered the steak, and it was cooked beautifully with those perfect grill marks, juicy on the inside and full of flavor. The mashed potatoes were creamy, and the veggies were fresh and well-seasoned, making the whole plate super satisfying.
Paired it with a glass of red wine, and it hit exactly right. Service was friendly, and the staff made sure everything was smooth throughout my visit.
If you’re looking for good food, good music, and that signature Hard Rock vibe—this is definitely the place to go in Bali!

Great ambience and a lively vibe, no wonder Hard Rock Cafe Bali is such a famous spot in Kuta. The portions are huge, the NYC steak was really good, and the espresso martini was spot on. Excellent service from the staff as well. Definitely a great place to enjoy good food and atmosphere while in Bali.

Loved how easy it was to access directly from the Hard Rock Hotel — the side entrance makes it super convenient.
The menu is absolutely massive, both food and drinks, with something for everyone. Prices are on the higher side for Bali, but it is a US chain, so that’s expected. Portions are huge, so definitely come hungry.
We visited twice during our stay and couldn’t go past the nachos both times, genuinely the best we’ve ever had.
The staff are second to none. They wouldn’t even accept a tip, simply saying they were just doing their job. On our second visit, a staff member who didn’t even serve us the night before recognised us and thanked us for coming back. That level of hospitality really stood out.

Amazing venue with a gorgeous rooftop. Hard Rock Cafe Bali never disappoints. The staff are genuinely the best in Bali, especially Awa who always goes above and beyond.

I want to leave a bad review about Hard Rock Cafe Bali. 1. The children’s menu: the portions are so small they seem like a mockery. Have you seen your fruit salad? The fruit salad came with a sauceboat and weighed 10-20 grams. After my two children ate the children’s menu, they looked at me and said they were hungry. 2. We ordered 1-liter cocktails, but they were all ice and the alcohol was undetectable. 3. My husband and I also ordered the legendary combo, half of which was edible. The chicken and pineapple skewers were like paper, and the chicken popcorn felt like we’d been eating it for more than a day and that it had simply been pulled out of the refrigerator because it was ice-cold. 4. And finally, the final chord of this whole story: since we were staying at the Hard Rock Hotel, we were promised a 10% discount, but they gave us 1%, which I consider a mockery. We left very negatively, hungry. We’ve been to many hard rock hotels, including in America and Italy, and nowhere have we experienced such poor food and small portions. We were completely unprepared for such a ruined evening.

Excellent service from Nito!! It’s a wonderful dinner place in Bali, with nostalgia vibe and great song choice which I LOVE it (BonJovi, the Beatles, Guns N roses etc.)
There’s live band at 9 o’clock we strongly recommend coming here to listen and enjoy the night of Bali.

Sat down and ordered our meals, within 15mins the feed had arrived. By the 20 minute mark we were wanting more. Very pleased with the service from Guna. Can say for sure we’ll be coming back for more 🙂
