What a gem! An amazing restaurant with the best customer service. You can tell it’s family owned as soon as you walk into doors. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The food is incredible, innovative and delicious. We tried multiple things and everything was on point. Everyone we talk to was so welcoming and friendly! We had a blast! Can’t wait to come back and try more things.

This was such an amazing experience. The food was absolutley phenomenal! Salmon tikka masala, Lamb briyani, garlic naan, sooo clean and classic the, flavors so rich and deep. Paneer fries w/ tofu were an amazing surprise and the cucumber salad was the fresh acidic palette cleanser I needed to go between such flavorful dishes. Big thanks to the staff and chefs for their hospitality and a wonderful night.

We had a reservation for two and even though we came early and there were tables ready, the manager made us wait around 20minutes while he was getting walk-ins who were coming after us. That interaction was rude in my opinion but the place was very crowded so we let it pass. The chana chalupas is a MUST TRY it was so good. We also got the butter chicken which was delicious, quesadilla which was good but nothing too crazy, and some dishes which were okay. We did not like the pani puri. The prices are amazing, we payed 120$ for two.

Amazing! Just visiting for the weekend and happened to come across this gem because it was sort of close to our hotel. We snagged a reservation, which we highly recommend as the restaurant was PACKED! The food was phenomenal, and the service was excellent. We will definitely tell friends about this place when they visit!

This sweet funky bistro was on point! The service was excellent everyone was so nice, especially our server Noor. They all really cared about the food and service. Everything we ordered was delicious especially the Tandoori chicken saag and butter chicken. Samosas and tamarind so freshly made. We ended up coming here for my husband’s birthday because we were looking for some quality Indian food and not knowing anything about it. They kindly gave him some dessert that was also really good gulab jamun. I’ve spent a bunch of time in northern India this was just solid. Support this fine find we are happy we had a birthday meal there and will be back!

We had a great experience here, thanks largely to our amazing waitress, Manasa! She was energetic, knowledgeable, and the service was incredibly quick. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the Indian-fusion food was delicious. We loved the Chaat Nachos, Masala Fries, Chana Chalupa, Veggie Biryani, and more.
Manasa even sent us dessert to go for our birthday girl with a sweet note, which was such a thoughtful touch. If you’re in town, I highly recommend this place!

Overall had a very pleasant dining experience at Roots tonight. Veer was an absolutely wonderful server and was very attentive and speedy with his service the whole night. Food was delicious, and I would definitely revisit for the unique fusion dishes. Absolute standout was the tikka masala sauce, When compared the butter chicken, it was way more flavorful, which then, in turn, made the butter chicken taste bland.
One thing I want to note and notify/warn others about is the sneaky “processing fee” that is added to the subtotal of the receipt. Our food cost alone was $232 and there was a $6.95 “processing fee” added to our receipt, making our subtotal $238.96. That new subtotal was then used to calculate the automatic gratuity that was added to our bill (which obviously would have been less if that fee wasn’t added in the first place). We asked Veer what the processing fee was, and he said it was a 2% fee charged on every bill. It was actually 3% upon calculation, which doesn’t make too much of a difference from 2% but I still think it is unnecessary for this fee to be added in the first place.

We visited after reading the Google reviews and they lived up to the hype. We waited about 10 minutes on a weekday, which was totally reasonable.
The fusion here is genuinely unique and thoughtfully done. Everything we tried had good flavor and felt well put together. What really stood out, though, was the service. The team came to each table asking what we liked and what they could improve, which you don’t see very often.
What we ordered:
• Paneer Masala Fries – 4/5
• Mac & Cheese Pakoda – 3/5
• Dosa Quesadilla – 5/5 (absolute standout, must-try)
Since it was our first visit, they gave us gulab jamun on the house. It was freshly made in-house and tasted great. That’s rare these days, especially when most places just serve canned or frozen gulab jamun warmed up.
Overall, a good experience with creative food, good flavors, and genuinely attentive service. Definitely an worth checking out if you’re into Indian fusion.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! My chicken biryani was soooo yummy and the sauce that came with it was 10/10. Also loved the refreshing lemonade, the little dessert we got, and the chicken tikka masala. The real star of the show was MANASA, our amazing server! She was so kind and made the place feel so welcoming and friendly. She has the best hospitality I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. Thank you to Manasa for the extra rice pudding that was also delicious! A really delicious and friendly restaurant that I will be bringing many more friends to.
