Was absolutely craving mango chicken and my husband suggested this place.
No regrets. Fast and friendly service, amazing food, and brilliant atmosphere. I barely had half a plate and I was already full, which is a shame because I wanted more!

I usually don’t write reviews however this experience has deeply upset me. The food from here is the worst Indian food I’ve ever had. The butter chicken was swimming in oil as seen in the photo below and lacking flavour. The lamb korma tasted waterlogged and the meat was soggy and flavourless. I don’t know if they’re watering down their sauces to make them go further but it sure tastes like it. The pappadums were stale. Will not be ordering from here again. I feel bad for writing this but charging people $60 for food and giving them food this bad is not OKAY!!!! I am a single mother of a young boy and wanted to get us this as a treat and we were so disappointed my little boy will not even eat this!!!

i ordered pickup from Lazeez Restaurant while visiting Gosford Hospital which is about 45 minutes from my home after a long day i was really craving something tasty and filling so i chose tandoori paneer tikka and it was honestly worth it the order was ready on time and the smell was amazing as soon as i opened the box the paneer was soft fresh and full of flavour with that perfect smoky tandoor taste the capsicum and onions were nicely grilled and added great texture even after the drive the food still tasted fresh and satisfying the portion size was good and it felt like a proper comforting meal it was a really nice experience and i would happily order from lazeez restaurant again whenever i am near the area

Tasty, but an entirely average experience.
We ordered about $150 worth of food for pick up as we only live around the corner from this restaurant.
Everything was average, nothing stood out. All 3 of the curries tasted very similar and it was hard to distinguish a difference in flavour or spices, despite all being very different dishes.
The chicken biryani really lacked substance and identifying flavours, and was lacking in meat.
The naan breads, we believe were microwaved after being cooked at another point in time, as we heard the microwave being used whilst waiting for the food. They were all soggy on 1 side and the cheese was oily as if separated from being in the microwave.
The portion sizes were good for take away.

Overall, the meal was disappointing. The food was noticeably salty, which overpowered the flavors. The biryani, in particular, was quite dry and lacked the rich aroma you’d expect. It felt like the balance of spices and moisture wasn’t quite right, making the dish hard to eat and not very enjoyable.

I ordered the Dal Makhani and it arrived looking pale/white and tasted sour, clearly spoiled. It was not edible at all. Very surprising and unacceptable for a basic dish like this. Also ordered cholle kulche and received aaloo pranthe instead. I hope the restaurant reviews their food quality standards because this should never be served to customers.

went there to try pani puri and samosa chat since i was craving for it, have to tell you worst food in gosford. The oil they use to fry puri was older than my grand dad. I can smell it . The aloo stuffing had nothing but red chilli and color , the water very bland. The lassi had some thing extra as shown on the picture. Samosa chat was 5/10. I can make better food than this place anyday. Worst indian food experience of my life. 0 star for food.

I ordered chicken biryani today, it was so testless it cost $25 and there was no yoghurt sauce i understand that during busy times, things can sometimes go wrong, but the packaging OMG lid was not properly closed and the plastic bag used very old and unclean. So disgusting

Really kind staff that were super helpful in choosing a meal. Moderately fast service that delivered some really amazing food, there’s heaps of cheese in the naan. Definitely worth a visit if your in the area
