Going during the day is awesome! Food always hot and fresh, not to mention pleasant customer service. Love the fact they are 24 hours however, starting to wonder if the overnight shift may need drug testing and/or comprehensive test. If you cannot multitask while being under the influence, just stop! Simple request of double cheeseburger only ketchup seems to be hard to comprehend with this shift, especially when explaining it twice. Not the same person but 3 different occasions I’ve had to return because my food was wrong during this shift.

Whoever is working nights needs extra training. Ordered maple bourbon bbq whooper through the app. You know, the one with the crispy onions and jalapeños. When I get the burger, no crispy onions and raw pickled jalapeños. No warning from the guy working the window.

Went for a cheat meal here, of course I couldn’t enjoy it fully. Ordered the new brisket whopper, get home and they didn’t put brisket or bbq on it, just the crispy onions…… $11 dollar sandwich, so I wasn’t letting it slide. drive all the way back to have it remade, they apologized, but offered nothing besides a sorry and a remake and was still disappointed, put about a teaspoon of brisket on and same for the sauce. Was expensive and didn’t get what I paid for. Window employees were at least nice…….

Just waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru and no answer but can hear the worker complaining on a hot mic thru the drive thru. Ended up going next door to McDonald’s. Have yet to have good service here and I’ve given them a try once a year for 6 years now

Never returning to a Burger King anywhere!!! While some times staff are decent and friendly the food needs to be reviewed the health department. I was here a 4 days ago and ordered some food and for once i actually got everything I ordered witch is a rare occasion but i did get it all I got home and we ate our food and finished our night. The next morning I went to work a my stomach was rolling none stop causing me to take frequent breaks and leaving my team behind to deal with the stomach issues. 4 days later I still have the same stomach issues that I haven’t ever had before we ordered that food. Something about that food is seriously wrong and I strongly advise to never come here I will personally be going to the doctor now to find out what this food has caused and be during accordingly.
