The wings are on the big side and fries are battered. The fries taste old. I dont do big wings or prefer battered fries. However the wings were actually decent. I tried lemon pepper. They were wet lemon pepper and it actually well seasoned with a light crunchy batter. They are juicy and tender.

I keep saying I’m going to stop spending my money here because they ALWAYS MESS UP MY ORDER! I always ask for the shrimp and steak hibachi NO VEGETABLES ADD EGG, and every song time they add the peas and carrots. $57.75 for me not to be able to enjoy my food is crazy. And when I say this happens every time, I mean every time I come here.

I ordered the wings with fish and fries and I got extra fries and the guy at the counter forgot my extra fries so I had to wait like 5 minutes for small fries after already waiting like 12 minutes for the fish and wings(there was like 1-3 other people) and then the coke tasted HORRIBLE, not just like it was watered down but like it was watered down and put back into the dirty drink dispenser and they had to bring a guy to fix it. At least the fish was decent and the lemon pepper wings were good.

i’m giving it a 3 star because they fell off with those nasty fries. i don’t know why they changed their fries but they are horrible. they taste like they been refried 90 times before i got them. the wings and the flavors are delicious tho.

I’ll start with, maybe I went on the wrong day? It was only 2 people working. I walked in and up to counter and the girl with all the piercings, RUDE didn’t even speak. I said umm hello? I had a call in order. I wish I would’ve taken a pic of the food they tried to give me. OMG! The fries look like the fries from Aldi’s grocery store, weren’t hot nor seasoned. The Philly was tiny and dry looking and I ordered honey hot with lemon pepper sprinkles and them wings looked hot only. I didn’t even want to taste them. They then proceeded to speak Spanish and make jokes while processing my refund. Giving them 2 stars because at least they gave me a refund (I never left the store). Never again.

Ordered some wings at 10-piece combo and a four piece chicken tender combo basically did not get for chicken tenders they refuse to correct it. They said it was correct. I do not recommend you eat here unless you’re just really hungry. This is the third time they’ve done this with various orders so therefore I will not eat here again. So sorry they don’t understand the importance a good customer service.

This food doesn’t taste the same. Asked for no small peas and carrots. Still was in my plate. Yum Yum sauce watered-down with a nasty taste. Asked for crispy wings and they wasn’t. When I asked for new wings the cook made an excuses not to cook them because it was closing time. Lets just say I’m disappointed in them for the first time.

The food quality has dropped drastic, they give too much rich and not enough vegetables with the hibachi fried rice. Humongous carrot slices taking over the bowl. The chicken is too small and not good. Won’t be going back!
