Wasn’t too happy with the workers I asked for light ice and noticed he filled it 75% with ice and when I asked him politely can you put less ice in. He decides to throw it out in the sink and scoop out more to put in the cup. Then I say thank you to the lady and she says nothing.
They no have no issues laughing and conversating with their co workers. They should work on their professionalism. Maybe it’s an age thing.
If you don’t want to work in customer service then don’t because we generally tell when you clearly don’t want to be there or doing your actual job is such an inconvenience.

They say they are open until 7pm. They have been closed by at least half an hour before that the last times I have tried to go. Just change your hours if you don’t have the staffing. The only time I go here is after deeper roots across the street has closed for the day, but y’all are never open lmao

my personal experience was a good 5 star experience. I ordered a black coffee and donut and was the only person in the store.
The two ladies who prepared my order were great!
Reading the other reviews here, I can easily see how the other poor experiences can be true. I overheard a customer and employee discussing an incorrect order from the drive through. The employee communication was very poor (not at all rude or unprofessional, just reflective of an inexperienced communicator)
Advice to store GM: Hiring young and inexperienced employees can have major advantages such as energy, enthusiasm, and a lack of bad or lazy work practices. As the face and voice of this Dunkin, the employees need development and leadership to allow this new and cozy location to thrive beyond mediocrity.

Labor Day hours… closes at 4 but stopped serving and locked the doors before 3:30. Wouldn’t take my order or help me… just wanted a simple coffee. Seeing the other reviews seems like nothings changed in months. Please move out so Starbucks can move in.

I wanted to reach out to management regarding my experience this morning, but the website only provides a 1-800 number.
When I approached the counter, I was the only one in the store. No greeting, just “I’ll be with you in a minute”.
Someone else walked passed the first staffer and says “Can I take your order?” This person had a headset on and wasn’t looking at me so I didn’t respond until I asked her “Were you asking me?” I really had no idea.
Anyway, it was downhill from there. I tried to be pleasant and look passed her curt greeting. Didn’t matter.
When I got my order, I got only half of what I paid for. The staffer’s response was “we don’t have anymore” to ” we only have 4 more” to “you only paid for 5”.
I’m sure she’s a nice person outside of work, but clearly she didn’t care about being there today – or at least didn’t care about the service she provided. Lousy experience…

Having a hard time wanting to continue to come back to this location. I stop by here at least 5 days a week on my way to work and lately every drink that I have gotten has been awful. Im not one to complain as I know how hard this industry is especially so early in the morning, but I am tired of wasting my money everyday. The staff is great when it comes to interaction but the lack of consistency is just awful. No one has time to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes for a remake everyday when I already had to wait 10 minutes for my mobile order.

I hope the poor girl working today at 230pm gets a new job soon. It’s clear she hates this one and I’m sure she’s perfectly pleasant outside of here. She seemed to be the only one there so that’s probably why. Drinks were fine.

Twice within 14 days this location has ruined my quick stop breakfast run on the way to work. Last week I order a Chicken Wrap, out warm and toasty and the inside was as cold as a beer out of the fridge. The week prior I ordered 3 pancake wraps and received 3 Croissant Sandwiches! This is a clear sign of poor attention to detail. My iced coffee drinks both times were poorly made. This location has the looks of inviting and modern/tavern style cafe but the quality control suck. Absolutely terrible. Find another location.
