Brand-new establishments so everything is nice and clean.cheerful employees. Best hamburgers all around. Compare to the one in Cedar Hill, this restaurant is lack of chilled water and TVs for current sport activities.

My mom and I went here last night and had a great experience. The manager Jesse greeted us as soon as we walked in and offered help with the menu. I appreciated the extra care with the handling of my gluten free options. Jesse went above and beyond to offer us refills and was so kind. We both enjoyed our meals and the restaurant was so clean.
Jesse is doing a great job managing this location. Shake shack is lucky to have him!

Really appreciated the helpfulness of the cashier! Bella was attentive to the needs of people coming and offered help when the ordering computers were full instead of waiting for crowds to form like I’ve seen at other stores. She was super patient with our order and offered the mini menu if we needed to see more easily. I also really appreciated the speed of service and lack of judgment here – already in the same shopping center, despite being brand new, other stores have treated us very rudely. Bella was very warm and welcoming, and the service was quick and stress-free despite clearly being a busy spot!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in by a very nice employee, she radiated kindness. There are 4 kiosks as you walk in to order and, there is a walk up counter where you can order too. We grabbed one of the kiosks and easily made our order, we chose a 1 patty cheeseburger and a 2 patty cheeseburger. Crinkle fries to share. I had a strawberry lemonade and my husband had a Sprite. We finished our order and sat down in a booth. There are tables and chairs too. There was also outside seating. Some customers were playing Cornhole outside (provided by Shake Shack). We didn’t wait very long for our food. It was delivered to our table (by the nice lady who greeted us). Our burgers were delicious, crispy edges of the meat patty. Yum! The crinkle fries were good too. I enjoyed my strawberry lemonade also, it was refreshing. It wasn’t too terribly busy when we were there, I think it was around 1:30 or 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon. There is a bathroom. The same nice lady who greeted us, also said good bye when we left. All in all, it was a great experience and we will be back.

The food was amazing and fries were perfect, we tried the new spicy fries and they were spicy! The manager was super nice forgot his name but he came and introduced himself and was super kind and helpful. They just had a grand opening 2 days ago! The cashier and other employees were also super helpful and attentive, got us waters while we waited and got us plenty of sauce as well!

WORST BURGER I’ve had in my life. The burger was a “flat, thin and greasy”. I’m talking as thin as your hand. The ONLY reason this place exists is because the media and kids made it popular and that’s just sad. It is NOT because the food or service is good. I gave it 2 chances a month apart. It honestly makes zero sense how they are in business. I cannot stress how bad this place is. Looks cool and hip but the burger is something you’d see in a bad sitcom. I suggest you go see yourself. You will never forget it, same as me.

As others have posted, this place is incredibly expensive. Just to put this into perspective, there is a sushi place in the same center – an actual restaurant, not a fast food burger joint – and for just a couple dollars more than what you’ll pay at this Shake Shack for two burgers, one fry, and two drinks, you can buy SUSHI. And your order will be taken while you sit. And you get it served to you. And they bus the table when you’re done.

Here, I order the food at a kiosk and I bus my own table when we’re done, but on top of the high price, I’m asked if I want to tip the people who work here 15-20% when all they do is literally carry the tray out to me. No thanks. We won’t be back.

The food quality is definitely inconsistent. The first couple burgers tasted okay and we ordered more. Chef prolly switched shift. Beef patties were way over cooked in the new order. They tasted very burnt, dry and greasy. The burgers are quite disappointing. Staff are friendly.

So disappointing!! We were looking forward to trying Shake Shack for some time now that we have one in our neighborhood. The woman at the register was very friendly, smiled a lot and got our order entered correctly. The burgers were so salty and the lettuce was soggy and stringy. The burgers were hot though. The fries were not. Barely room temperature. we had to reheat them when we got home. They are the typical frozen crinkle cut type fries. Nothing special. There are so may better burger places around like Bumper Burger, even Carl’s Jr is better when they have freshly cooked patties instead of sitting in a steam table. My expectations were too high. 🙁

Just a greasy mess with fake cheese and overpriced. The fires and water were room temperature. It shouldn’t cost $50 for one regular sized man and one three year old to get full. The kiosks are convenient though.

And no SS replier, I’m not going to give you more information, because I don’t need “assistance”. Your food is just crap.
