Never coming back to this location. Did an order through the app for my wife and I to save time. When I got home we discovered that they messed up both of our sandwiches. They put some ingredients that was supposed to be on my wife’s sandwich on mine, and vice versa.
I took the sandwiches back and watched her make the sandwiches. She started doing the same exact thing. I didn’t order mayonnaise on my sandwich but there she was putting mayonnaise on my sandwich even though it was supposed to be on my wife’s sandwich. When I told her that there wasn’t supposed to be mayonnaise on my sandwich she took a napkin and started wiping it off. I couldn’t believe my eyes. The manager watched the whole thing and neither of them offered any sort of apology whatsoever, which was the part that pissed me off the most. What was supposed to take 15 minutes ended up being an hour. I do not recommend this location.

I spent 13 dollars on the meatball sub and was pretty disappointed with this subway.
On the positives it was very clean and the service was fast enough. All though my server spoke very poor English and I had a hard time ordering.
The sandwich was very light on the meat and I was not full at all when I was done eating. This location also had a tacky no coupons sign taped to the glass so the whole place just feels like it’s cheap.

ZERO STARS!! They can’t even read my order correct. Sandwich wasn’t even toasted after I specifically said DOUBLE toasted… My sandwich is soggy & shows no signs of being toasted. Thanks Subway but won’t return again.

Ordered 4 subs through the app, picked them up, and 3 were right with about half the amount of meat as any other Subway I have ever been to. One was not even close to what was ordered. I ordered a footlong Ultimate BMT, with double meat, Capacola, lettuce, red onion, extra black olives, extra banana peppers, oil vinegar, salt, and pepper. The picture below is what I got. Called the store and was given a hard time about suggesting my order was wrong. I got in the car and brought the sandwich back and asked them if this matched the order. Almost no meat, no Capacola, and light on the veggies. I was again given a hard time by the gentleman who made the sub about it being wrong. The, I am assuming owner told the guy to put the Capacola on it. I asked again if the sub had double meat, and the guy looked at the owner until he told him to fix it. At that point, I was done. The guy didn’t even put double meat on it, stopped with pepperoni and salami, and didn’t add the double ham. I just wasn’t going to argue anymore and left. Stay far, far, away. Double meat there is like regular meat at any other Subway.

Paid for double meat and double cheese on 1 of 3 pepperoni subs. They all had the same meat and cheese on them. When I called the store to complain, I was told that it was correct and to double check, it was not. On the phone with 3 different people that told me it was correct. Obviously I had 3 sandwiches to compare

Subway corporate has got to take this location away from the franchisee. They are careless, cruel, confused people with no awareness for how to run a fast food restaurant. I feel bad for the employees who must labor under these owners. Hickory Creek deserves a more competent operator, and I’ll write a letter to corporate encouraging them to put that in motion right away. Pathetic business owners.

Our sandwiches were not what we ordered. They omitted two meats. Called the store and an Indian said “we did what ya ordered”. We ordered online. They can’t read!! How can they mess this up! Trashy restaurant! We’ll not order from them again.

I seriously do not understand why subway corporate doesn’t shut this place down. There is absolutely no reason to stop at this subway sandwich shop. It’s not clean. They do not participate in any of the subway promotions. They put as little product as possible on your sandwich. And they charge you as much as they possibly can every time you walk through the door. There is no sign that they appreciate your business in any former fashion.

I ordered through the Subway app for delivery. Some of my items weren’t delivered. Since I ordered through Subway’s app, I went back there to contact support. I received an email from the franchisor the following day that basically said “sorry about that.” No refund for the missing item, no credit, no reference to any future failsafe. They just took my money and ran. Subway’s not known for being awesome, but this is basically theft. I’d recommend ordering from one of the other sub shops in town. This one won’t be around much longer.
