Love coming to this Del Taco. The food and service is always fantastic. The employees are attentive and helpful. Today we witnessed a very dissatisfied customer who was quite rude and the employees handled themselves very well, especially Andrea. We will continue coming to this Del Taco.

This place can never get the order right. They always get the order wrong, items missing every time. This happens for my son there all the time, and tonight it happened to both of us. I was missing an item and then later my son was again missing an item from there as usual. The staff doesn’t take anything there seriously, not their jobs, not the Customer Service. They just don’t care. They’re just always trying to hang out and party and laugh instead of taking work seriously

More of a little rant than anything, their taco Thursday nights don’t note anything about it being mini tacos for the deals they’re running , maybe just a bit more transparent I just ordered and when I got home I realized these are mini, service is great and I usually get everything I ask for in the bag.

The best fast-food Taco left in southern California. This is the only one left that takes me back to 1985. When made fresh and with also the best fast-food taco sauce in the biz. Also, you can’t lose with the bean/cheese/green sauce burrito.

My first time and the last time, the individual in charge was under the influence of something, when I got my receipt and I saw what he sent to the kitchen, I immediately told him I did not order that, after I told him, they still got me the wrong order anyways, no napkins no sauces when I got to the hotel I just did not have any dinner. The kids at Taco Bell do a much better job than these del taco people. Like I said my first and my last time, never ever again.

They’ve changed the menu again. I wanted to buy a Macho combo burrito I didn’t want French fries which the combo came with and a diet coke. I ordered #9 beef bean and cheese burrito with extra green sauce and no red sauce. I thought that was a Macho combo which they say is now an Epic. I got the fries a diet coke and a tiny burrito barely 4 inches long. Wrong sauce not green but red and it cost almost $12!!! I could be gone to In-N-Out a block down and grabbed a real meal for less $ which is what I will do next time. I found out later that the same items were in the $5 box which they should have told me about. So they got paid an extra $7….Crazy bad I won’t be coming back!!!
