I placed an online order and scheduled it for 6:00pm. It was ready when I arrived right before six. Both of our pizzas and orders of bread bites were accurate and hot.

Connor was so amazing! He put on a show for our kiddos while we waited and ate. He was so kind, so happy and you can tell his crew loves working with him. Dominoes, if Connor hasn’t been rewarded for his work- he definitely deserves it! He makes our Great Bend Dominoes a fun hang out place!

I mean if you want a messed up pizza with an entire slice completely bare instead of what you actually ordered, go for it. Called them and told them it wasn’t correct. She argued it was but offered to send another. Got sent one drowned in sauce. Pathetic. The second photo was the remake. They are doing something wrong to get that many bubbles in the dough. Oven is too hot or dough is too warm. Whatever the reason, I shouldn’t have to pay for it.

The pizza was delicious and perfect, it was easy to order online and pickup. However we didn’t receive our sauces, not too big a deal because everything was good enough it didn’t really need it. It’s a brand new place so the staff is all new as well, so we expected some hiccups. The only problem is when trying to call and speak to someone. Sat on hold for over 40 minutes. Despite the phone issues, we still really enjoyed the food and will order from them again.

Don’t bother ordering dipping sauces or anything small….you won’t receive it on the first delivery and it’ll be 50/50 on how the pizza looks from said delivery.

It would be nice if the employees would show up for their shifts. One employee working at lunch time made for a long wait for my order. Not sure if it’s a management issue or just lazy employees, either way it was not a good impression. Didn’t rate the food because leaving this review while waiting at the window for 30+ minutes and still waiting.
