There’s never a point in ordering ahead here, the pickup times are wrong like 8/10 times. You’re better off just walking in, your wait will be less.
Also, as others have noted in their reviews there’s some chippy worker attitudes at this location…you gotta be prepared to throw it right back at them.

Staff is NEVER friendly. They act more bothered than anything. Asking to change out their gloves is treated like it’s the end of the world. Today, I was given raw bread, but supposedly it was fresh. So they said. It was gummy and not remotely cooked all the way. It’s pretty said when customers look at each other in line when we all sense the sarcasm and nasty attitudes by staff. Do better.

Dirty! While waiting on line the customers ahead of me ordered ham, the person preparing the sandwich then grabs fully unwrapped turkey with her ham gloves.

This is the most disgusting sandwich I have ever gotten from here or any where else. I placed order online. Under instructions I typed light on wet condiments. The sandwich was soaking wet in the bag and thru the bread. It was disgusting. It took me awhile to find any chicken salad on the bread, but I finally found some. I was told there was only one person working in there. That is not my fault. I paid for a product at fill price and in return I got an in edible piece of wet bread. Disgusting!

Today for lunch, I put in an online order for pick up. My confirmation said it will be ready at 12:29. I arrived to the store and it was not there. A lady was standing waiting for her order already. There were two young men making sandwiches and one young lady working the cash register. There was a line of four people. After standing there for several minutes, I was finally acknowledged and asked what my name was. The thinner kid started grabbing the tickets that were clearly set up for online orders. The two guys were very agitated about the online orders as a delivery person also came to pick up an order and it was not made. Instead of any of them acknowledging us and apologizing, the two guys were talking, smack about the situation. The guy making my sandwich clearly seemed to take out his aggression on my poor bread. Anyone would’ve understood that they may have been busy, but the manager should train the employees to communicate to the customers and just apologize and appear to be empathetic. Many of us are on a lunch break and are under time constraints unfortunately. This was my first time here and had been wanting to try this place. I will definitely not return.

I love it! Sit inside or outside, have your sandwich any way you’d like it – and it’s fast with excellent service and a friendly staff! (I only wish they were open later so I could eat there more often!) (Please like my review.)
