Fresh, fast and delicious! The portions are on point & the rice-ratio = perfection.

You can use the main door but if you’re 6ft watch your head (hanging signage). Recommend using the building door (to the right of restaurant) for access.

This place and their food is INSANELY fresh, so delicious. I’m visiting Seattle for the first time and WOW I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place.
I got the negitoro & creamy salmon bowl and it was beyond fresh, tasty, creamy, and the fatty tuna had the best combination of creamy and tart to it. This place did not disappoint and in fact, I’ll go as far as saying it’s one of the best poké places I’ve ever had.
It’s located in a business building so seating is limited, but it’s worth it.

Didn’t even have the chance to photograph the bowls, they were so good! Highly recommend the Chojang Poke, it’s with the very special Chojang sauce which takes the bowl to another level! Black Sesame Tofu is another good choice especially for vegetarian. You can use all the stools and couches in the lobby so enjoy the meal!

I get that negitoro is minced but this was mush. Wish there were more veggies in the bowl (cucumbers, corn, edamame, something!) to be more satisfying. Cold, stale rice.

Poke and chirashi bowls are very very overrated. Small portions given the price (almost $20-30 per bowl). The fish didn’t taste the freshest and each cut seemed to be low quality with very little marbling. “The seating area” is just a lobby with a few barstools so more of a takeout spot. Although it is convenient for a work lunch, I will not be returning again due to the quality, portion size, and ambience of the place.

Update: disappointed that they’re no longer on Uber Eats!

This has got to be one of my favorite lunchtime spots! The dons are always fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, I’ve just moved out of the area but will be sure to order from them next time I’m in town! Sometimes they do forget the seaweed pack which is treat but tasty regardless.

What a gem. I’ve been proselytizing to everyone about this place since I first discovered it. I probably eat here two times per workweek. Their chirashi bowls are incredibly creative, exciting, and delicious. The beef bowl is great too. Such a welcome addition to Seattle’s already fantastic poke scene. The owners are lovely as well. Be sure to check out their equally-good sister restaurant, Pane Pane, just down the street. Keep it up, Kudedon. You’re killing it.

Incredible flavor. The best bowl I’ve had.

The only negative is the rice isn’t perfect. Really hard to make perfect sushi rice cause you need an expensive machine. But it’s good enough. The flavor of the sauces and freshness of the fish are top tier

One of the best Chirashi bowls I have ever had. They serve all different kinds but I ordered their signature Kudedon and it was phenomenal.

The restaurant is essentially take out only however there are a few seats (6) in the professional building you can use to enjoy your meal.

Although all the pieces of fish and seafood are fresh and delicious, the rice is also flavorful and amazing. It’s seasoned so perfectly with just enough vinegar, furikake, pickled cucumbers, and probably so much more.

I thoroughly enjoyed every bite and cannot wait to return. You’re getting an amazing deal for a beautiful and delicious Chirashi bowl!
