I went there with my two children and had an awful time. The staff was rude did not use the tissue to pick up our donuts. They used the same gloves they had on touching the register to pick up our food. We asked for hot donuts and was given cold ones….and the guest who came in immediately after us received hot donuts (mind you the nationality of the next guest was different than us). But it was very disheartening to experience this when we just had the intention to have a quick bite to eat on a Sunday.

I did an online order and they actually got Every line item wrong on my order. It was a sealed bag so not the drivers fault but my god EVERY line I either had the wrong count, completely missing items or just flat out wrong items. I have never had an order that bad in my life. If someone ever asks me 10 years from now what was your worse restaurant experience. This This This

Stopped by Shipley Do-Nuts and had a really disappointing experience. I was given a cold kolache with a very small sausage, which was already frustrating. On top of that, they refused to accept my corporate gift card with no clear explanation and then didn’t want to provide a receipt.
Between the cold food and the poor customer service, this visit was a letdown. Definitely not the experience I expect from Shipley.

As always. The donuts are just okay and the kolaches terrible. Go look how other places make a great kolache. The dough is hard and the sausage is not size appropriate for $4.
Also, check your online orders while you are still there. They are not paying attention to how many donuts were requested.

Terrible service! Please hire people want to work! Donuts are always cold, kolaches are never fresh and never have the right flavors for the iced coffee! if you get hot coffee they don’t give you any cream, sugar or anything to stir it with despite asking for it. Do better!! Terrible staff and management!!

Employees at this location do not tell you your total clearly and they give receipts only when you request them. This location also does not accept coupons that the corporate location sends you after a local restaurants overcharges you or messes up your order. Corporate responds with a general blanket statement but several people have already made complaints of the same nature and nothing has been done to correct these matters. For reference, this review was posted in May of 2025

I waited at the drive through for few minutes with no response on the intercom. No one else was in the line. I pulled up to the window and waited another couple minutes before I was greeted at the window. I asked about the veterans day deal and was met with a questioning response then told they werent doing it.

My husband stopped by Shipley’s to surprise our family with donuts and cinnamon rolls. Unfortunately, his cinnamon roll was overcooked (dry and crunchy). Do better, Shipley’s!
