Brand new taco joint still going through growing pains. The tacos are basic. Not bad. Not great. Prices are decent. Tacos are loaded. Not the most flavorful but like I said not bad. Aguas frescas are good but they’re generic aguas.
As far as the nachos they honestly left a lot to be desired. The chips were burnt. I’m sure they would have been great if they hadn’t been fried again. Large portion for $12. The asada needs a bit more flavor. Overall an average experience nothing that wowed or would make me return. I’m sure others will love it.

First time coming here decided to order an asada taco and try the fries even though the picture didn’t seem very appealing but trying to find place that does good asada fries. Almost $4 for a taco is over priced when the tortilla is not even hand made. Flavor was lacking it was bland. They dont have there aguas labels so you have to ask what flavors they have and yhe cashier seems shy that you could hardly hear her. Fries were also lacking flavor and that had both red and green sauce on it and guacamole and was still lacking flavor. Agua fresca was super sweet almost had to wait for the ice to melt to enjoy it. Will I give it another try mostly likely would be a no. It looked promising but was a great disappointment

Delicious food! Staff super friendly. I ordered adobada nachos and my man had adobada tacos and chicharron tacos. They were all good. Definitely coming back for more.

Taco Tuesday at El Coyote. They have the best aguas frescas! I tried their chicharrón and adobada tacos. Next time I’ll ask for the sauces on the side so that they aren’t too soggy. Adobada had good flavor. Never had chicharrón tacos before. This was a first. I think I’ll pass. I thought chicharrón would have a bit of a crunch but it was just a slurpy experience. Won’t do that again. Carne asada is ok. You GET what you PAY for. I wanted to try a cheap dinner and they delivered

When they first opened, the amount of food was very generous. The prices were alright for the amount of food. Now, like every other place, the quality went down and the prices went up. They had a special for taco Tuesdays priced at $1.25, now they are $2 and they barely put any meat inside. The carne asada fries are way over priced for hardly having any meat as well. They have half orders, but not half the price! $9 for a very small and $14 for a bigger one! Refills uses to be free, now they charge $2! If they raise their prices, they should also raise the quality!

Love the tacos! The meat is soft and the tortillas are great too! I love that you can put your own toppings on and that the quality seems great 5 stars, I’d give more if I can. BTW mango drink is fantastic ↕️

This place is really good. The Agua frescas are excellent. I tried 5 different tacos. Asada, Al Pastor, Carnitas, Buche, Tripa.
My least favorite was the carnitas it was like stored in a broth . Al Pastor was really good. As was the Buche and Asada the the Tripa just needed to be a little more crunchy. All in all will definitely come back and try the Cabeza , Chorizo with Papa, and Chicharrón. Tortillas were really good.

Our first time here and the service was amazing… You get to pick your own toppings on all food items & the food was super authentic (especially the Birria)! They serve great portions & everything is really good quality…definitely going back!!!

Seems like most customers don’t know you need to walk to the second counter to communicate to the cook how you want your food made. Creates frustration for the cook and other customers as he calls out order numbers and has to wait for customers to realize they need to communicate how they want their food made.
My recommendation is to either standardized orders (burritos come with the following: Rice, beans, onions, cilantro, (meat of your choice) cheese, crema)
Or make sure its communicated at the register to each customer that the need to go to the cook.
