both had very little meat in them, and I am not kidding when I say the turkey had ONLY 2 SLICES!!!!. Both came with banana peppers that were more stems than peppers.
WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!
I ordered a foot long turkey sub with lots of veggies. Everything looked fresh and my sub was perfect! I will definitely be going back!
However, she continued by saying I should have come inside, as curbside orders make things difficult for her. She explained that she couldn’t stop taking orders because the machine kept beeping at her. She added that she was doing her best and even snapped at me, saying I should get my own drink to save time, as it would take her longer to do it.
I hadn’t expressed any frustration or anger, but her ongoing comments made me feel like I was the problem. At one point, the gas station employee offered to help, but she snapped at him, saying it was an online order, so he couldn’t assist. I get that she was probably having a bad day, but pushing that attitude onto customers isn’t acceptable. If you can’t handle the pressure of customer service, perhaps it’s time to reconsider working in this industry.
They made 2 wrong with the wrong cheese STILL HAD TO PAY FOR THEM!!!!!!!!!! Will be contacting corporate!
