Great service, amazing food, convenient location, all food is smoked in house! Probably some of my favorite barbecue sauces I have ever had. It is also a chill atmosphere with lots of drink options. The only down side was the sweet tea was a bit watered down and it would have been nice to get some sliced lemons next to the tea. Overall I would recommend

The chicken tenders were so hard I couldn’t bite into them. Tore them apart to find they were mostly very hard breading with very little meat inside. Cornbread was fresh but had no flavor. The mashed potatoes and drink were good but not worth the almost $10 for the whole meal.

I was supposed to have a free chicken sandwich. The kiosk wasn’t working. I said is the kiosk not working? The lady behind the counter said no. It looked like it hasn’t worked for a long time. So then I decided to get a chicken sandwich combo. The lady who waited on me holds up 2 pieces of bread and says I don’t have any buns do you want it on bread. I was about to say no and then she found the bun. I really don’t think she wanted to be there. I’m disappointed that I keep receiving text saying I have a free sandwich and then I get there I can’t get it.

First time at Church’s. Some of the workers were a little rude but the food was okay. I’d have given 2 stars but the one nice worker gave my daughter a free cookie with her meal and I liked being able to eat inside especially a hot day. I feel like KFC is better though but I’ll still go back because I want to try more of their food.

I was actually pretty disappointed. I’m giving it 3 star since I went 45 min before close and I don’t think the meat was as fresh at that point, so maybe it’s better during the day? Green beans and Mac and cheese were fantastic! Pulled pork was very wet if you like that style, but a little underwhelming. It was good, but I was expecting higher standards of “southern comfort”. The chicken looked amazing, but it wasn’t very warm and the sadest part of the meal. Raising Cane’s is way better. My husband got the ribs which were good and falling off the bone like they should, but way too much fat for ribs. I was only able to eat a few small bites of good meat around the fat. Considering it’s part of a gas station, I shouldn’t have expected much, but in the title it says “chicken and bbq” so those should be the best parts but were the worst.

The smoked wings were great. The green beans and baked beans were delicious. They have 4 BBQ Sauces that are their own recipe and those were very good. I would recommend Church Street Chicken and plan on eating there again when I am back in Cave City.

We were very excited to get some chicken and bbq after a long day of hiking. Sadly, our expectations were not met. When we arrived at dinner time, they were out of almost every food item and said there would be a 30min wait for the food to be made. The food that was ready had been sitting in the warmer for a significant period of time and was stale. Very disappointed.

I was on the road and saw this place. It was undoubtedly the best fried chicken I ever had. Not greasy, light crispy crunch. The ladies that served me were so nice. Anytime i travel this way, i will be stopping here to eat chicken.
