I waited about six minutes for them to switch from breakfast to lunch, and it was absolutely worth it! Chick-fil-A is one of the best options for a quick, delicious meal before a flight, and their food is always great to take on the plane.
The staff was friendly, and service was smooth despite the busy airport setting. Plus, there’s plenty of seating right in front of the store, making it easy to relax and enjoy your meal before boarding. A solid choice if you’re flying through IAD!

I’ve dined at more Chick-fil-As than I care to admit. This is the #1 worst location. It feels more like a Burger King thats serving the Chick-fil-A menu.
While the food was good, I was charged for items I didn’t order and the cashier threw away the receipt when I tried asking about it. The manager was uninterested in helping, and seemed annoyed at me that the cashier was still making my drinks when the food was ready.
If this was the only CFA you’ve been to, I strongly recommend trying another location. I probably won’t eat here again.

My first time trying Chik-fil-A. Got an 8 piece Chik-fil-A nugget meal and here are my thoughts:
– The nuggets were TINY! I was so shocked when I opened the box because I was expecting them to be McNugget sized. They did taste alright though but I just wish they were bigger. I got the sweet and spicy sauce with them which was good at first but had a weird aftertaste that was a little off.
– Tried the unsweetened iced tea which tasted like straight grass and plain water. I know that I got it unsweetened, but I was still expecting some flavour. The cashier was nice enough and remade my drink (mixed lemonade with it) for me twice without charge, which I appreciated.
– The waffle fries were delicious though and were my favourite part of the meal.
Overall, 3.5/5 experience: probably wouldn’t be longing for Chik-fil-A again but I wouldn’t let me self starve if it was the only option.

I understand that accepting tips is against the corporate policy at all Chick-fil-A locations, and I’ve always appreciated the exceptional service provided by their staff. However, this location was a disappointment. The service didn’t meet the high standards I’m used to, and I was surprised when the system prompted me to leave a tip during payment. It was an unexpected experience given my usual satisfaction with Chick-fil-A.

Can agree with the other reviews – possibly the worst chick fil a in the whole world. Food was okay but not good compared to other chick fil a restaurants. Service was appalling and the staff as a collective are possibly the most jarring group of people I have ever come across. Shocking experience – the staff would genuinely make you want to get out of the country ASAP. I don’t know what is going on in this place but how they are still in business is a miracle. The guy who took our order was particularly bad, I have circled him in the photo. He would not even look in our general direction while taking our order. He then proceeded to give us our drinks with the lids attached but no straws and when we asked for the straws he acted like it was a huge inconvenience and as if it was the first time anyone had ever asked him for a straw in his life… Totally insane!

Worst Chick Fil A I’ve dined at. The staff were incredibly rude, refused to sell customers items on the menu, and struggled to communicate in English. The food came out wrong after a very long wait.

Turned away ten minutes before closing after I ran there. I get it, we all want to go home. This would have made my challenging night better. Instead it added disappointment to an already difficult travel day. Change the closing hours to 9:30 or earlier.
