If you like philly cheesesteaks, I think this is worth a try. The sandwich was good, not great. I don’t like that you cannot do ‘pickup’ as just one sandwich with all the taxes and fees and tip ending up costing $21. And I did not like that the customization was very limited with no option for additional instructions for the order. Overall cost for the quality is the reason for my rating. I know there are some pretty low reviews, but I still say it is worth trying if you like classic phillys.

TL;DR – False advertising, quality of food is terrible, most likely a scam.
I thought I was going to be getting a proper cheesesteak, instead I got sliced leftover meat and barely melted cheese on toasted sliced white bread. They didn’t even bother using a roll or a sub, just straight sliced bread. Literally looked like a haphazardly thrown together sandwich made from leftovers. And my order of fries with cheese sauce came with maybe a dozen fries and no cheese sauce. Worst part is that it cost me almost $30.
When I tried to call the store front, I had to jump through hoops because there ISN’T a proper store front. After doing some digging over what felt like forever, I ended up getting a hold of someone claiming to own the franchise location. When I started to express my concerns, the dude hung up on me and blocked my number. To me, that’s a telltale sign that this is a scam.
Save your money. This is a total rip-off, and I wouldn’t be surprised if this turned out to be a total online scam of some kind.

Ordered from Uber eats. While food was on the way I read these reviews and quickly tried to cancel because reviews were not good, but it would have cost me $18 to cancel so just sucked it up. I ordered just a classic cheesesteak for my husband and I and it was actually delicious! I was shocked lol

I’ve order from Pardon My Cheesesteak 3 times and 2 times out of three either the order was wrong or missing items. There is also no label with my name on it and bag was not sealed closed.

Might be the best cheesesteak i ever tried !!! my daughter had the chicken cheesesteak and loved it and i had the chipolte and it was amazing . we had the cheesesteak fries and they came in a bucket and would make any smokehouse pulled pork fries , dog treats lol . i hope this place is here to stay 🙂
