I ordered online and given a ready time of 5:43 pm. My daughter was there on time to pick up and waited, waited, waited. The order was finally completed at 6:38. Staff said they were backed up and gave inaccurate updates. They showed no sense of urgency. Priority was give to walk-ins. Food wasn’t as good as usual. If they can’t handle lots of online orders, stop accepting them.

OK, so the food is good. I mean it’s the same and every other Jersey Mikes which is the only reason I gave that five stars but the service is absolutely garbage. I would not recommend going to this location just a bunch of kids in there working that I have no respect! I caught one of them, touching his nose if you know what I mean and then coughing into his hand, but I didn’t see his hands get washed This honestly has to be the worst Jersey Mikes in the Northern Virginia area. I’ve never seen one so poorly ran. Eat their at your own risk I mean, if you don’t mind being disrespected and employees, not washing their hands to fix your sandwich then it’s the right place for you.

If this is the quality and portion size of Jersey Mike’s, I am disappointed. The workers were not welcoming; I waited almost 10 minutes before anyone asked if I needed to order. The restaurant looked empty, likely because of the way the staff treats customers. I have always loved Jersey Mike’s and never had a bad experience until I visited this location. If you live in the area, I recommend trying a different location. I always enjoyed the Springfield Brookfield Plaza location, but they have since moved to Alexandria.

I have always order the same order many time at different location. This location, it was terrible. Steak wasn’t fully cooked. Bun wasn’t toasted and no flavor at all. Do not go this place! They don’t K ow what they are doing!

I usually enjoy Jersey Mike’s at other locations, but this particular store was an absolute disaster — and it all points back to the management.
From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff was overwhelmed and disorganized. Several employees looked frustrated or completely checked out, and after dealing with the manager myself, I understood why. The manager was dismissive, rude, and clearly had no interest in helping customers or supporting their team. Instead of solving problems, they seemed more focused on blaming everyone else and acting annoyed that customers even had concerns.
My order was wrong — not once, but twice — and when I brought it to their attention, the manager rolled their eyes and acted like I was the problem. No apology, no accountability, just a condescending attitude. I watched them treat their own employees the same way, which made the entire atmosphere tense and unpleasant.
There are plenty of sandwich shops that get it right, both in food quality and customer service. Sadly, this Jersey Mike’s fails at both — and until there’s a major change in leadership, I won’t be coming back.

Meat and Cheese are sliced right in front of you. Lots of toppings. Bread is baked daily. Just a really fresh sub sandwich. The employees are fabulous. They are top notch. Service is unbeatable. I always leave in a better mood than when I entered. Highly recommend!

I think this store has fallen victim to receiving a few negative reviews left in the rare event of a mistake or error on the employees part, however this location has many happy repeat customers, myself being one of them! The restaurant is always clean, which makes the experience of eating my lunch fresh and/or hot at one of the tables a relaxing one. I have visited this location for awhile, and have noticed improvements in overall service and quality of food improve steadily for over a year. Everything is delicious, no complaints here!!

Worst Jersey Mike’s anywhere. Ordered 3 sandwiches, 3 chips, and 2 desserts for about $45 for my wife to pick up while she was out. When she checked the bag there were only 2 sandwiches in it! 6 of 8 items missing! Seriously? She told the manager who had the staff fix the order, but do you think she even bothered to apologize? Nope! No surprise as the employees at this store are usually rude. We’ve learned our lesson and will never order here again.

I ordered a stick ball, it had no tomatoes or salami…and wasn’t cut in half, also I asked for no oil…it had oil. I door dashed it….other times I’ve put banana peppers on it, never put them on. So bought jar and add them myself.

Manager was amazing. She was very kind. Ordering was a breeze and the food was amazing! Literally the best jersey mikes ever! This one is closest to my work, and the one by my house never taste the same.
