waited an additional 45 minutes from the eta on the domino’s tracker. arrived at the store to two employees ignoring customers. no hello, no nothing. after a few minutes my order changed to ready on the store screen at which point i tried to get one of the employees’ attention, only to be cut off with a rude ‘we’ll be right with you’ as she’s angrily throwing crates all over the place. ten minutes passed and then the other employee finally asks me if i’m picking up or placing an order. i told him my name and the order had already been sitting there the whole time. i’m not upset i had to wait, i just have a problem with being told it would be ready at a certain time and then find out i have to wait twice as long. i would have liked the receive that information before i place the order to decide if i want to wait. pizza is only warm at best now. new year, same domino’s service i guess ‍♂️

This store needs corporate intervention and training… once again(20+ orders since moving to the area) I ordered pasta bowls and as soon as you take the top off can immediately see the bottom of the pan without taking a bite… WHERE IS THE FOOD..?? The one time I got decent/fair amount in bowl was when I stopped in store on the way home and shared my complaint. It is ridiculous that you have to order two just to get the serving of one.

I am writing to share my concern regarding a recent order and the customer service I received.

On my visit, I spent $42.09 on three large pizzas. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not meet expectations. The BBQ chicken pizza was dry and missing the garlic sauce entirely, and the two-meat pizza was also very dry.

I called the store to explain the issue and was told that nothing could be done unless I brought back the entire pizzas. That was not reasonable, as the issue was discovered after the food had already been served.

I then attempted to reorder a pizza and asked for a small pizza. I was quoted $15.00 over the phone, despite the website clearly advertising a $5.99 price. When I questioned the difference, the manager stated they would not make an exception.

Between the poor food quality, missing items, and lack of flexibility or resolution from management, this experience was very disappointing. I am reaching out in hopes that this situation can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

I ordered 3 pizzas through the app and waited until the tracker confirmed that the pizza was ready. My husband went to pick up the pizza and when he walked in, he was ignored. He was never greeted until finally he got the attention of someone. They gave him the pizzas and when he got ready to pay, he handed them a $50 bill and they asked him if he had change..he replied with a no, so the person behind the counter proceeded to say “well I don’t have change either and if you don’t have change you can’t have these pizzas” as she snatched the pizzas right out of his hands as she was extremely rude to him. I had not been to this location in such a long time because I moved away, but I was visiting family and thought I would stop by for some pizzas, but never again! The staff members are extremely rude and after reading all the reviews I realize I should have never ordered from this location. If I could give this place as zero stars, I would. What a horrible experience for my husband.

I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be delivered in 40min. Instead it was NEVER DELIVERED! I checked the tracker and it was still listed in prep after an hour. I called to understand happened. I waited 10min, someone answered the phone and, after greeting me, promptly put me back on hold… for another 10min. It has now been 2hrs and I still didn’t get my pizza. I have since ordered a Marco’s pizza, received it, eaten and washed the dishes… still without the original Domino’s pizza I ordered. I have no intention of ever ordering from this or any Domino’s again. I have had similar customer service issues with other locations in this general area of Henry County but this was the absolute last straw. I am normally very patient and understanding but to have wasted $20 for a late night pizza that was already going to take 40min when I only live 10min from the location I ordered from is lunacy. I will be disputing my credit card charge and demanding a refund, whichever comes first.

The food was burned & lacking toppings. I should’ve checked my order before I paid the driver in cash. I immediately called the store to express my frustration. I spoke with a male worker named Ty. He claimed to be the shift .mgr, but I highly doubt it based on his nonchalant responses and he didn’t bother to apologize. I left a message for the Store Manager or GM to call me. There’s NO WAY my order should’ve passed Domino’s “Quality Check”. I am LIVID!

Placed order online 6pm. Almost an hour later tracker said order ready. I go in and give my name and the female employee (I wish I had got her name)looking for order. Gives other customers their orders..she goes to back where another employee is making pizza and I am guessing that is when she finds out that my order is not ready and they have yet to start making my pizza. Instead of an apology she decides to avoid me by staying in the back. It wasn’t until another employee asked me my name and she tells him not me that my pizza is being made. Still no apologies-no offer for free item for the inconvenience I left and took my business elsewhere.

Pizza barely had any toppings or cheese on half of it. We also ordered the new Mac n cheese and there’s barely a single serving in the dish. We had to scrape it off the bottom and still only got like 8 noodles a piece for 2 people.

To be honest, I was very surprised when I went to pick up my order because of the way they treat their customers. Personally, I went to pick up my order, and when I went to pay with cash, they snatched the order out of my hand because they didn’t have change, even though the order was $17 and I gave them $50. If they don’t have money to give change, I think they should close the store or seriously consider replacing the staff, who are clearly not fit to deal with the public.
